My worst experience ever! First one was a walk in order and took almost half an hour to get my coffees even though there were like 4 people in the counter. Second was mobile order and says will be ready in 20 minutes then I waited another 25 to get my order. I don’t know if it’s staffing issues but I’d been in so many SB stores and no matter how busy they were they were able to prep the order on time.

I'm starting to spend more money on unfulfilled orders than fulfilled. Preordering on the app in advance does not guarantee it will be ready, even well before. Be sure to allow plenty of time if you're on a tight schedule.
