I'll be the first to admit I don't often come to Starbucks because QUALITY coffee can be gotten many other places and UNFORTUNATELY SBUX has been on a downhill spiral. I wasn't going to post this review but I feel APPALLED to be paying 6.50 for drip coffee. I thought it was going to be simple but it still came out wrong. There's something about a self serve station that you can make it yourself to make it perfect. HERE you OVERPAY for SWILL that is neither sweet nor flavourful just wet liquid in your mouth and a feeling like you just got played for a SUCKER. AVOID. NOW I REMEMBERED Why I haven't been to Starbucks in years. 👍 💯 ❤️

Typical Starbucks. Our drinks were prepared correctly and rather quickly. This location does not have a drive through, it would be a nightmare if it did, because of the shopping centers layout and traffic pattern.
Parking: Busy shopping area on second to last weekend before Christmas. The parking lot is already pretty tight, outside of the Christmas season.

I went in to use the restroom and get coffee. They were polite and gave me the code for the restroom but I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and 2 girls were talking in the back room and the other guy was chatting with someone else so I left.

I visited this location on 7/17/24. They were clearly short staffed, with only 2 people working at 8 am, which I’m sure is a busy time. The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and kind, and still got everyone’s orders finished in a timely manner. Everything was perfect! I even noticed that the baristas were making efforts to learn the names of each customer, rather just writing them on the cup and moving along. I also noticed the kindness and fantastic communication the employees used with one another…a rarity in a lot of workplaces, especially when short staffed and busy.
Overall a great experience! I live in another state, but would visit any time I’m back in town!

I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso , which is my go to .. and it was over filled half way with coffee , the other half was cold foam and still didn’t even get to the top. It honestly feels like it was the leftovers of someone else’s coffee and they just didn’t want to make another one to make a complete drink.
Just went in at 8:24 to get coffee and she said she just broke everything down and doesn’t have any coffee. They close at 9PM. Are you kidding me? Really?

I love this Starbucks! All of the staff are extremely friendly & accommodating. I work around the corner & whenever I come in they always greet me right away. My drinks are always consistent no matter what I decide to order. And again, the staff are amazing!
