Not a good Starbucks, I ordered a medium tea, and they gave me a small. When I asked for a refill they said “We don’t give refills” Except their corporate policy says they do. When I brought this up they said , “We are not a licensed store.” What a joke, I won’t be back

One of the best! A must try for Starbucks lovers. Their Mango Dragonfruit is fire 🔥, so tasty. The Staff was super nice and friendly.I was here on vacation and all I can say is that you shouldn't walk here but run.Love it here!

Got the worst drink, and when I told them it wasn't correct, they gave me a cup of milk to pour in the cup. That didn't do anything for the expresso it only takes away the favor. I ended up threw away the cup right in the store. Never had a bad experience at any other starbucks, and I ordered the same drink every day.

I have visited this location several times in the last month and each day I was greeted by Kamryn who I found to be extremely sweet and patient with me. Her smile and attitude made me smile and feel like a valued customer.

Ask for a A specialty strawberry shortcake had my own recipe. The associate handed me my cupI asked for no whipped cream. The associate took the cup back, wipe the whipped cream off and was going to hand it back to me. I told her I wanted a new cup. She goes to pour the shortcake in the blender to re-blend what she had already served me. I just wanted my money back at this point. That team is very poor at customer service. I am definitely reporting this to the corporate office cause the crew thought it was funny. And didn’t care just wanted to get you out of the restaurant.

Definitely the worst Starbucks around! Save yourself the hassle (and some money since the owner at this location marks everything up so much!) and go to the location on Harbison. The employees there are so much nicer it’s an entirely different experience.

Half of my coffee was missing. Even tough it is grande cappuccino, half of the cup was empty. It is not understandable: paying more and getting less

Terrible environment for the customers and for the workers. The manager had racist remarks and a rude attitude. He said that this is America and to speak English. Not a welcoming place.
Every time I come to the mall I stop by here. The service is quick and the staff is nice. However there needs to be more seating and waiting space
