Got the worst drink, and when I told them it wasn't correct, they gave me a cup of milk to pour in the cup. That didn't do anything for the expresso it only takes away the favor. I ended up threw away the cup right in the store. Never had a bad experience at any other starbucks, and I ordered the same drink every day.

Ask for a A specialty strawberry shortcake had my own recipe. The associate handed me my cupI asked for no whipped cream. The associate took the cup back, wipe the whipped cream off and was going to hand it back to me. I told her I wanted a new cup. She goes to pour the shortcake in the blender to re-blend what she had already served me. I just wanted my money back at this point. That team is very poor at customer service. I am definitely reporting this to the corporate office cause the crew thought it was funny. And didn’t care just wanted to get you out of the restaurant.

Definitely the worst Starbucks around! Save yourself the hassle (and some money since the owner at this location marks everything up so much!) and go to the location on Harbison. The employees there are so much nicer it’s an entirely different experience.

Terrible environment for the customers and for the workers. The manager had racist remarks and a rude attitude. He said that this is America and to speak English. Not a welcoming place.
Every time I come to the mall I stop by here. The service is quick and the staff is nice. However there needs to be more seating and waiting space

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I work in the mall and go here almost every morning. Justin is my favorite. Soooo sweet and always makes my drinks perfect. But their whole staff is extremely kind and super quick with orders. 10/10!

While Christmas shopping, my friend and I went into Starbucks at Columbiana Mall. It’s usually such a treat, but this time we were really roughed up by the big, grouchy barista (that we had tipped very well!!) Apparently there is no longer a restroom there. We both thought it was a requirement for a restaurant. My friend didn’t see the tiny sign next to the floor, and was shouted at! I asked about it, and he said the restroom had been turned into a storage room. In addition, two medium drinks were 15$, so be warned!! What an experience!!
