***This is a red flag and also a possible code violation concern*** Most of the bad reviews are missing for a two year period of time What happened to the not so good reviews for the last two years? Also there is a review that references another location about 25 miles away from this location. Wow the is very distrubing.

The lexington starbucks accross from Walmart is the best. Food great. Service great. You know why? Because the people who work at this location are wonderful. They make you feel special and right at home.
I would like to provide the management with the details of the customer service I just experienced at this location (12/18/2023). I placed a mobile order at 2:10 PM. I arrived approximately 5 minutes later, there were (2) other customers in the lobby. One was there before me and one walked in directly after me. The drive thru had 3 cars in it. I watched the drive thru line clear out twice and build up a third time. This entire time there was ONE barista making drinks, one working the drive thru. And one working on a deposit at the front counter where customers orders are taken. First- that is not a very smart business practice to have that much cash out literally at your front register. Secondly, the poor barista making all the drinks was busting their behind and never stopped moving. Another customer asked if her ticket did not print because so much time had transpired. The employee working on the deposit responded with " it printed, there are other mobile orders ahead of yours and there is one person making drinks". I stated that it seemed as tho the drive thru was a priority, and the one person was busting their behind, but it seemed as if someone could help them. The employee never responded to me or the other customer who continued to complain about the wait times.I waited a total of 22 minutes for my 1 drink. I used to work in the food and bev industry (as a manager) sometimes you have to lock that deposit in the safe and help your people and prioritize your customers. She did not do that. When the deposit was finished she then FAILED TO WASH HER HANDS, walked over the the coffee machine, grabbed the cinnamon shaker sprinkled some on top of a drink, added a top and then happened to call MY name as it was my drink. She then loudly told me " You're Welcome" to which I responded I hope you have a better rest of your day and change your attitude.I just want to let someone know because 1) I as a paying customer paid $6 and some change for a cup of coffee I had to wait 22 minutes for to be served by an employee/ team lead with a nasty attitude. And 2) she failed to wash her hands and then contaminated the cup and the shaker with that dirty money. Overall this was a horrible experience at a location that I frequent often because it is very close to my work. I will not be back.

I have been going to this location multiple times a week for the past year and have always has fast and friendly service. I order ahead and plan for delays when they are busy, so I have never had any issues !

Every time I Mobile order it still takes 20 minutes until I get my order. Even then the order is wrong. Mobile ordering is supposed to be “faster”. Service is so bad here.

Very pleased with early morning staff during the typical Monday-Friday work week. As a regular, it’s nice to roll through the drive thru and most of the staff already knows who I am. All the staff members are very courteous to me and Lana personally is awesome. She always remembers my order perfectly and ensures I receive it perfectly. Great staff, great service, and can’t ask for more than that.
This starbucks has been a tradition for my family and our family friends to meet up at because it’s the halfway point between augusta and charlotte. We went a day ago and brought our young children. Our barista Kylie was so kind and friendly to them and they felt so grown up when she asked them what they would like instead of asking us parents. She even gave them a fun drink to try for free, which they talked about the whole way home. Thank you to the workers here for always being so positive and kind to us!

The Starbucks on Killian Road near Kroger is always understaffed. It's always nasty and the workers are always rude. They have a bell that you're supposed to tap if in case you're satisfied with your service I never ring it it's terrible..

Horrible service. All servers were extremely chaotic, there was no organization and a woman was holding my drink with no lid walking around and taking another persons order-very unsanitary! Worst starbucks experience.
