They offer a variety of fast foods. But their burgers are superb. And to make it better they have a mini condiment bar with gorgeous fresh lettuce, beautiful tomatoes, peppers, pickles, etcetera. An attached to the burger joint is an ice cream in coffee bar run by the same people you never have to leave the building. I'm not sure if the ice cream is all homemade, but going by the taste in the texture it sure seems like it. They have a very large selection they have a large selection of different kinds of coffees and smoothies of which the ones I have tried we're excellent. Every time I'm in Columbia I stopped in here.

If you like being force-fed religion (tHe HoLy bIbLe on every table) with your greasy, overcooked, obviously frozen burgers, then this is the place for you. This place got two stars instead of just one because the staff were polite.

I came here today to get some lunch. I will say that the service was great the waitresses were friendly and the restaurant was cute. The restaurant was pretty empty and we only waited about 15 minutes for our food to get to our table. The food was a different story. My chicken sandwich was dry and the bun it sat on was hard enough that I could stab it with my fork and it crunched. Not soft at all. I am not normally one to turn my nose up so I removed the bun and tried to eat just the meat. I took one bite of the chicken and cheese and had to spit it out due to the burnt taste. (It was grilled) My partner ordered a patty melt and he also stated that his sandwich was nearly inedible. The bread was extremely greasy and so was the meat. He had to stop eating it due to the heavy grease. We also ordered a basket of chili fries and we could not eat them. There were refried beans caked on the top of the chili with a thin layer of processed cheese. Not very tasty in my opinion. I do understand that shifts change and so do the cooks but I would hope that this is not the standard for your business.

One is better off going to Rush’s. Waited almost 30min for a mediocre cheese burger.

First time ever coming here and I was immediately met with poor customer service. Me and a lady friend went there to try it out, and we stood back to let the cashier know we were looking and needed a second. She literally gave us a second and asked what can she get for us. I told her one moment and she rolled her eyes.Having someone like this taking orders is ridiculous, since the counter is right in front of the door. I left went to McDonald’s and gotten better service. The atmosphere wasn’t that great and it looked like an episode of kitchen nightmare to be honest. Will not be revisiting, I can see there may be a “culture” there.

The people were very nice. The service was really slow. And the burger was very ho-hum. I hate giving it such a low rating but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I found the meat to be very nondescript and unflavorful. You can go to the toppings bar and add as much as you like but the only thing I tasted was the toppings. Prices are good but don't go in there starving cuz you have to wait sometime for the burger to be completed.

Y'all, when I say this is the best burger joint arguably in all of South Carolina, I am not joking. I would put this up to any burger in this state. Forget Pawleys Porch. Forget Five Guys. This place is phenomenal. Food is cooked to order. Starting from the top the SBA (soft bun action) is perfect. A good soft bun, but not one that breaks apart with the condiments added on or fresh ingredients. That leads me to my next ingredient. The tomato's, lettuce, onions, pickles, all of the toppings are crazy fresh. Tastes like they just picked them out the garden and sliced them right away. Next the meat. The absolutely best flavored, seasoned, juicy, charred, cut of meat I can think of putting in my mouth. It's not just salt and pepper and thrown on a flat top. Has spice, but not too much, has perfect taste, excellent temperature not undercooked not over cooked. Steve knows his beef burgers, take my word for it. Next the price for a burger with a side and a drink is absolutely insane compared to other places in this inflated 2024 year. I fed myself and my wife, and 2 children for next to nothing price wise. I would've had to take out a loan to get all of this at Five Guys. Now I have to ding them on 2 things. The crinkle cut fries are OK, not good not bad, kinda mid. But the biggest thing I think would take this spot to the next level is if they had DUKE'S MAYO!! They only have packets of Monarch mayo. Everyone knows in the south Duke's is the way and the only way. I would even settle for Hellmann's mayo over Monarch. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD DUKE'S MAYO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! Alas, even if they don't heed my word, the burger meat speaks so much for itself, it drowns out the tasteless Monarch mayo. Other than that don't change anything about this place. I will literally go out of my way (I live 45 mins away one way from this establishment) every time I am craving a burger. Maybe in the mean time I will sneak in a bottle of Duke's in my pocket. I will gladly give my hard earned money to these fine, nice, polite people. SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!!! Oh and a bonus is there is an ice cream store attached to this spot, and it's just as great, but that will be it's own separate review.**UPDATE/REVISED**Went back there today with proper Duke's mayonnaise, and I can't ding this guy for the condiments he chooses. The burger meat, buns and toppings speak for themselves period point blank as well as the prices. I would maybe do things different with the condiments if this was my establishment, but I can't judge or ding him for it. Got the tater tots this time, and very much enjoyed those over the fries.Side note, I like that he puts his faith out there, with the Bibles and themes, and people need to stop mocking him or judging him based off this. What a society we now live in that feels justified in coming at this man in his own establishment for his religion and beliefs. Shame on each and every one of you. Just shows how much we have gone down as a country, as none of this would've happened 20 to 30 years ago. I am 37 years old, not big on religion or going to church, but I do believe there is a God, one God, and everyone is going to face Him after this life.Keep doing what you are doing at this place of business and may God bless this man, establishment, and employees. Perfect score across the board 10/10. A++!!

I knew I was in the right place when I walked in and saw a prayer wall and Bibles on the table. I bit into my burger and thought “they must marinate the meat”. It had a phenomenal taste to it and they had a FudRuckers style bar so you can add your own toppings. I wish I lived in the area and wasn’t just passing through… Maybe they’ll add a location in Raleigh? ??

My husband and I were shopping on St Andrew's road and looked up restaurants on Google and found the website for Steve's Classic Burgers. I was impressed that it is Christian oriented family restaurant, Bibles on each table and Christian contemporary music playing. They even give Bibles away to anyone who needs one. They also help feed the homeless on certain days. Steve and his wife are a blessing to the community ?. Atmosphere and employees is very friendly and helpful. My husband had the Philly Steak and I had the sausage dog, which you rarely see on a menu both meals were very good. The Philly cheese steak was greasy, but authentic as they are greasy, but so good. It was nice talking with Steve as he shared with us the many things of their ministry. Before this turns into a book this restaurant is our new go to when we are in the area. God bless you and your wife for being faithful servants of the Lord.Proverbs 30:5
