I order door dash the sandwich was wrong . I call to tell them they said bring it up there I told her i order door dash so that means I can't . So she said that's the only way they could make it right and hung up in my face .

If you want to be treated like a person, don’t go to this place. They are rude and absolutely disrespectful. They were so rude and disrespectful that I turned my back with my daughter and got out of there as soon as we could, didn’t even order.
On the plus side, we went out of this filthy place with rude customer service and awful employees and drove less than two blocks just to find a firehouse sub place that treat us right and delivered an exceptional customer service and delicious sub! Thanks to substation that push me to find a better sub place!

I eat here at least 3 days a week. Love my sub station! My daughter has Autism and is extremely picky about foods. This is her #1 favorite sandwich shop!

Today was my first and last time at this location. The young lady who made my sandwich was nice, but that place is very old and filthy looking. The chairs are dirty, the walls are dirty, there's droppings of old food that has dried out and changed colors where the salads are kept at, the ceiling is stained as if there has been water leaks in the past and raggedy looking, and l can't leave out the fly swat that was laying at the window next to the area where sandwiches are being made. DHEC needs to pay them a visit because the whole restaurant needs to be condemned and rebuilt with new reconstruction badly... smh.
