I ordered on online and the food was ready when I got there, however my sub was made incorrectly. I took it to the counter to fix the mistakes (no tomato and add banana pepper), he remade all the toppings but still left off the banana pepper :(. It’s small, but if I take the time to correct it, at least get it right the second time.

I work nearby and thought I’d check it out for lunch. They were slammed when I walked in, but the line moved quickly and efficiently. Staff making the sandwiches were courteous and accommodating. Sandwich was delicious and fresh. They have a daily special which includes a sandwich, chips and drink for about $10. I got a turkey and ham sub on white and it hit the spot!

This is undoubtedly the best Sub Station II in Columbia! It's clean, the staff are very friendly, the food is superb, but the parking is rough. The road construction out front should be done by year's end, so hopefully that makes it more accessible. But as it stands, best Sub Station II around!
What a refreshing change to have a smiling face greet you and welcome you inside, despite the construction outside. Keaton and his father are an asset to the community. We will definitely be back! Potato salad was delicious and recommended!

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Substation II. When I received my salad, it was missing the egg I had requested. I went to the counter to get it fixed, only to find out that I had also received banana peppers instead of the jalapeños I wanted.
When I approached the cashier a second time to address the issue, her response was, "Is there anything else wrong with it before we fix it for the second time?" I was taken aback by her tone; it felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I decided to just let it go at that point, but I ended up with a salad I really didn’t want. Customer service is so important, and this experience left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their approach to customer feedback in the future.
