I ordered on online and the food was ready when I got there, however my sub was made incorrectly. I took it to the counter to fix the mistakes (no tomato and add banana pepper), he remade all the toppings but still left off the banana pepper :(. It’s small, but if I take the time to correct it, at least get it right the second time.
I work nearby and thought I’d check it out for lunch. They were slammed when I walked in, but the line moved quickly and efficiently. Staff making the sandwiches were courteous and accommodating. Sandwich was delicious and fresh. They have a daily special which includes a sandwich, chips and drink for about $10. I got a turkey and ham sub on white and it hit the spot!
I’ve not been to many restaurants where I consistently receive amazing customer service and awesome food every time!! This is one of the places that even on the busiest days they have the best attitudes. This is by far the best Sub Station franchise I’ve ever been too!!
