I went in the Substation in Sandhills. It’s clean but the music was way too loud. There is a menu up on the shield and I never saw the associate because of the menu. She kept saying I can’t hear you and I kept telling her I can’t hear or see you. Where are you? Eventually when I saw her I did tell her maybe if y’all turn the music down you might be able to hear people. I couldn’t take eating there due to the music. The customer behind me also said the same thing.

The past few time we have ordered from here, the order was wrong. We order 2 whole tuna subs only to get home and there was no tuna on The sub. Called the store to explain that the sub didn’t have any tuna on it and the young lady who answered the phone thought it was funny. She then put my husband on hold for 5 mins and hang up. I went into the restaurant the next day and was told that no manager was there to give us our refund but the manager who rung us up would call us. We still haven’t received a call or refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Have ordered here 3 different times... each time order was wrong or part of it missing .. today was the 3rd time. not sure what's going on at this one. but it sucks bc I always liked substation 2, pretty inconvenient in the work week to find time to have to go back for correct order.

Visting Columbia and sub was good. I didn't care for the wheat bread.
I really think this will be the last time I go to this particular location unless something changes. I don't know who is in charge of the sound system at this location, but they're always playing the most unbearably loud music. I practically have to yell to place my order, and then they get things wrong because they can't hear me. And if the music has a lot of bass, (which it often does) then it's so loud it vibrates my very bones and puts me on the verge of having a panic attack. Love Substation 2, but I dont ever want to set foot in this one again.

Order 3 LG subs online, food wasn't ready at the designated time. Waited on food just to be told that they gave my food to wrong customer. Had to have my food remade, just to get home and have my family and I eat the worst subs possible. Deli meat tasted old, Philly subs were made incorrectly (didn't have onions on it) and the meat tasted cheap. Worst sub experience...do better.
