Did a online order. I went in to pick it up and told the lady she asked for my name and said its not ready and walked away and started making other peoples orders. I stood there and waited because they were a little busy so I gave them some extra time to make it. Then a little bit later the guy comes up to the register after ringing up a customer and i told him i am still waiting on my online order. He looks and says oh its not ready yet. I said i know i ordered it over a half hour ago online and been waiting and let the other lady know. He proceeded to make my subs. He was fast about it but when we got home to eat the subs the cheeseteak bread was rock hard couldnt even eat it and had nothing on it i asked for. Never again will return here.
For one of those new steak subs. One with peppercorn ranch I think. It was good. Wasn't toasted like I like it. Don't think she understood toasting with all ingredients on the sub so toasting takes more time than usual just melting cheese or quick warming the meat and bread. I happen to be picky and my pickiness wasn't satisfied.

i just ordered uber eats 9am 6/21/22 and omg whoever is making them sandwiches up there deserves heaven and also deserves to have both sides of their pillow cold every night. whoever added those sauces THEY ADDED THE RIGHT AMOUNT. very good 10/10. i also got all my cookies this time which is rare since for some reason THERES ALWAYS ONE MISSING. anyways whoever is up there, i hope you find money on the ground.

We place our orders online and it is never ready when it says it is. You shouldn’t say the order is complete when it isn’t. Big inconvenience when having to drive to pick up and it isn’t ready.
