I got the worst case of food poisoning from this subway 3 days ago. I’m not sure if they are not storing their food correctly or what? I tasted Mayo before I started vomiting the next day. I was sick for 2 days and had to miss work. I was wondering why the restaurant wasn’t busy during lunch hours- now I know!

My husband and I went to go order on 8/14/25 at 5:12:23 and we were excited to use a coupon we had gotten in the mail 2 Footlongs for 12.99 and the lady had taken out order then we mentioned we wanted to use the coupon and she had the nastiest attitude and ranted why didn't we tell her something before she put in the order (we hadn't paid yet) and she's doesn't want to do it all over again just so we can use the coupon and she basically refuses to let us the coupon. My husband wanted her to stop fussing so he paid full price and our order wasn't done right either, he got sick from eating and I couldn't bring myself to finish my sub. Just an ugly young disrespectful lady who made a big stink over a coupon, that clearly stated you can use in shop or on the app. We did mention prior that we were using a coupon but I guess she didn't hear us and we mentioned it again and that's when she made a big stink.

We walked-in and were greeted with stares instead of a pleasant greeting! As we began to order, we noticed a bug crawling and flies flying around the cold bar. An immediate red flag! The female employee inside didn’t make things any better. She looked very bothered by us coming in to begin with!

Don’t get me wrong the food is good for a subway but the customer service is horrible! the owner acts clueless and lost and one of the workers is very rude and there is always flies in the cookie container.. its crazy

I went here ordered a basic subway club.
Turkey, ham, roast beef. The man only put turkey and roast beef on my sub and charged me 20.00. When I said something about what he did. They started acting like they don't speak English.

I have no idea how the service or atmosphere here is, but their food is disgusting. This is the second (AND LAST!!!!!) time we've gotten an order from them and just thrown the food out. Inedible. Don't waste your time or money.

Went there today to buy the subway special. I walked up to the counter to order and neither of the employees could speak
English and they couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. Will not go back. If you are not willing to learn English you need to go back where you came from. I walked out with buying anything.,
