Very clean and organised store. There were no pests or poorly maintained equipment. The tenders were polite and efficient.

Terrible
This branch has sliced their meat paper thin. I ordered the all American and I got 4 slices of turkey and ham the slices were so thin...when I went to pick them up for pictures they were falling apart. I won't be back to this subway. Shame shame on how thin that meat was. I was gonna order for double meat but there is no way I was gonna $4 for the exact same amount of meat that even together wouldn't be the normal amount.

The owners of this Subway location are not willing to honor official corporate coupons as stated; but rather only apply them to their own limited menu items (some of which are the same or a greater price than signature sandwiches. It makes no sense! I want a foot-long Spicy Italian (now called a HotShot Italiano), regularly $9.49, which did qualify for a $6.99 price according to the details of the coupon. I was told however I could only use the coupon on their more limited "build your own" menu - some items which were also $9.49 regularly. It's the owner's right apparently to honor some or none of the coupon verbiage; but this practice seems anti-customer to me. I tried earlier this year at the same store and got the same coupon denial. I won't be coming back. Another store in the city DID honor my coupon.

Placed an online order. Ordered a foot long. Bread was super skinny and definitely not a foot long. Will not go to this location ever again. Please save yourself time and go someplace else.

Do not come here, especially if placing an online order. Would give 0 stars if possible. Placed two different online orders and somehow they didn't receive my orders but I was still charged. I stated that I did not receive an order number but showed them my bank statement with what I had paid but that wasn't any good either. At that point I was no longer willing to give them my business and requested a refund which they refused to do without an order number. I have to now go through the process of trying to dispute these transactions with my bank. I will never be returning to this location.

I hadn't been in this Subway since 2003 when I stopped working there. Obviously under new ownership but it brought back memories. I did a pickup order through the app. I didn't realize there were so many new variations of the sandwiches. They made both sandwiches to the 'T'. The bread, meats, and veggies were so good and fresh. The tomato, I had, with some sweet onion sauce was ??. ?? It was good to reminisce.

The door says they open at 7am on Friday, the internet says the same. Internet also says "Business approved these hours a week ago". I have been waiting for almost 40 minuets, yet they are still not open. From my reading of previous reviews it looks like they do this often.
Don't lie and make people come all the way to your shop just for you not to be open or arrive at a decent time. Fix your stores hours if you can't get out of bed to open shop.

Came here for the first time and it will most definitely be our last time. The people in here are very stingy, we had to keep asking for more this and more that on our sandwiches. I’ve never been to a subway where you have to keep asking for more. Before leaving I asked for napkins and the lady really put 2 napkins in our bag with 2 ft long subways, smh….

Got a foot long and the new churro and when I got it. The churro was hard as a brick and they didn't put anything that I asked on there except for one thing. The place used to be good but it's just bad now. ??
