I had an amazing experience at this Subway thanks to Ariana! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and served with great customer service. Ariana truly went above and beyond—I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! Highly recommend this location.
I’ll start by saying this is usually my favorite Subway near me, however, not at night when ordering it thru delivery service. This has happened several other times and tonight has been the last straw! I ordered a 12” turkey w/American cheese, add bacon, along with my choice of veggies. I also ordered (4) cookies and chips. What I received is totally different. Lazy? Out of ingredients? No attention to detail? I don’t know. But my sandwich had barely any turkey, like the least I have ever seen before. No cheese at all. No bacon that I paid extra for. No pickles. No banana peppers and I’m nearly positive it didn’t have the oil and vinegar and if it did, they must have put a mist of it on there. The bread tasted dry and stale as well. I was also missing 2 of my cookies. I ordered 4 and got 2 of the ones I chose and 1 that I didn’t. They came all broken up, missing pieces and looked like my 2yr old was previously handling them or something. Maybe the driver? Idk but the trash they went!! My chips were missing too. This was $23 in food from the restaurant not including fee’s and tip to 3rd party. I contacted the delivery company, however, they didn’t want to make it right this time due to having to help me out the last time I ordered from here. This was hands down the worst experience from this location though, as I didn’t even receive what I requested and paid for!! Waste of money and I will no longer be using this location for 3rd party delivery, as the workers just don’t care. They prepare and give you what they want, not understanding the customer is paying for this. Poor night management. I technically deserve a refund for this mess. Maybe the owner will make it right, or maybe not. But hopefully something is done as this isn’t right….
I come to this location often to get something quick. The young lady with the braids was extremely helpful and sweet. My food was very good. I would definitely be returning to this location again.
I literally just got the footlong nachos without meat just veggies of my choice on yesterday… it was really good, so I came bs k today to get another one. The manager on duty refused to let me order, said the nachos can’t be customized. I JUST got what I was going to order the day before. I even offered to pay extra because I wanted it that bad, and she kept saying no. That was horrible customer service!! I will never return!
Second time time visiting. I've done curbside both times. I may go inside one day. Order was done correctly and the lady who brought it out was Nice.
Stopped at this Subway because it was more convenient today than my usual store.
Ordered 2 tuna subs, they put half the amount of tuna as other stores. Bread was definitely old, it is hard. My boss won’t even eat his.

Ordered online and it said 20 minutes....ended up waiting for almost an hour ...only to get home and realize they put a completely different order in the bag. Smh.
Worst Subway EVER. Twice that they have messed up my order then will not answer the phone. I let it slide the first time but it’s absolutely ridiculous that the ticket clearly states what is suppose to be in the bag and then to receive something completely different.
I came with a gift card and the employee didn’t know how to redeem it. One employee said that my gift card wouldn’t work because it came from an online vender. I almost left but decided to read the directions to the employee. He followed the directions and it worked. There was a customer there picking up an order. He kindly told the employees that if they were giving him his sandwich for free then they should deliver the same for me. ( they ran out of the chicken that he ordered so they gave him a different chicken instead). I thanked the kind customer for thinking of me.
I placed an online order and my daughter picked it up in store for me. Our order was correct and the subs were tasty. However, this is my second time ever going to this Subway and both times I have been appalled by the conditions outside. I guess fast food restaurants no longer have staff to clean the parking lot, or maybe it's someone else's duty since this is in a strip. Either way, the last thing I want to do is eat after walking past dirty diapers to get into a restaurant.

This people customer service has been bad and I always pay full price for my product they don't even care they don't put anything in sub and bread always dry and they don't even take coupons if online doesn't work

This location is horrible! I came in to order and realize for the promotion I would need to order online. But I’m picky on how much of each item I want. So like before I would place my order and when mine comes up then they let me walk down the line and tell them how much of each item I wanted. So the last person was done paying and I was talking to the young black girl on what I was trying to do when the white manager butts in and goes to saying we can’t do it when we are busy. I’m like your busy there’s no one in the store. She then says we have other online orders and we don’t have time to listen to you while we are fixing it. I’m like I never had an issue before and y’all act like you can’t listen and work at the same time you do that when you’re fixing folks subs. I could understand if there were other folks in there and maybe one worker. But there was two and no one on the store. The manager I guess that’s who she is was rude and failed in good customer service. Plus no one was talking to her. I just decided to leave and they can keep there less than average food.

I completed an order from the app that kept freezing , so I hit submit just to submit the order while the app was working. I only wanted to tell the guy to only put everything on half of the sandwich, but before I could get the sentence out he said what he couldn't do. Then he was was drowning the sandwich with honey mustard and mayo I'm trying to say that's good but he's ignoring me. The last straw was him throwing my sandwich and sliding it to me! This location will loose alot of business with employees such as this. I definitely won't go there again
