The person who was making the sub, was on the phone talking all the time. He started adding ingredients on my sub without asking, I did not ge to choose my cheese.Employees should not be on the phone when serving customers.
This store has been a thorn in my side. It's the only subway I can door dash from and they constantly refuse items they don't want to make. They run a promotion for the footling cookie on door dash but refuse to make it for the order. I've been into the Walmart that this subway is in and have seen employee sitting with their feet on the counters. None of them wear uniforms and all seem to hate their job. Corporate needs to hear about this because they're gonna end up getting people sick.
Wont load gift cards and they have gift cards to load....
Service was eh, but my sub omg there was like nothing in it! I've never seen a sub so thin.
This place was awful. I drove over here on my lunch break to get the $6.99 meatball special. The employee wouldn't give me the special and insisted that I had to order on the app. I didn't see anything in my email about app order only. Besides even if I had ordered on the app, I would have had to pick it up at the store so the employee still could have made my sandwich and just charged me more. He refused to make a meatball sandwich for me even though he has plenty of meatballs. This experience was an epic fail and I will never go back to this Subway location ever again. Wow! I can't believe some places have this bad service. I am still in shock. And it wasted my whole lunch break.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and would never recommend this place to anyone. Was bullied by a staff and informed the owner about it, went back to the store hoping the owner addressed the issue but was informed by the bully staff that the owner encouraged her actions and wanted her to continue her bully behaviour. I am beyond surprised about the unprofessional attitude and behaviour.

The food was not fresh at all. DHEC should have close this place down, food old , meat not kept at appropriate temperature hence to it spoiling. I literally had to throw a full footlong in the trash. Nothing was fresh nor the cookies. The meat was spoiled , lettuce was brown, Pickles spoiled , and bread was old!
This is one of the best subways I’ve been to. They actually toast the peppers and onions with the sandwich, and don’t put too much sauce on.
