THE EMPLOYEE'S THERE HAVE A " HOOD MENTALITY" I HAD COUPONS TO USE AND IT WAS NO SIGN STATING THAT COUPONS WASN'T ACCEPTED. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT. HE THEN BECAME BELLIGERENT AND DISRESPECTFUL. I TOLD THE RUDE EMPLOYEE, " Hey I can pay full price for a sub , but I have coupons to use " he then made rude remarks towards me . He was trying to make me BELLIGERENT and ignorant. I'm a professional and I won't invite my worst enemy to eat at that location. They have horrible customer service and the environment is very negative. DON'T EAT AT THAT LOCATION !!!

Went to order a sandwich since cafeteria is closed and the one guy inside tells me he cant take my order because the person that rings people up just left and walked out. Doesnt know when he will be back. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

First time at this location in many years. I got a 6 inch tuna sub and chips. Representative was nice. Easy location to find. The store was clean.

I will NEVER return back to this place. Their veggies wasn't fresh. I can tell where the tomatoes came from the fridge. They didn't have any lettuce or the bread I wanted. The bread was hard and they even told me I should go to another subway since they are short on ingredients. I ordered some cookies and they were hard as a brick.

There was an ambulance outside the restaurant 8/18/2023. Be careful, I did tasted spoiled meat and reported this location to the health

Where should I start no beacon one day no onions one day one kind of bread another day and wraps only or no salt and pepper dude fixing sandwiches dont smell good serving food bugs crawling on him this is what's been told to me in line the worker in the corner sleeping seen that for myself no napkins one day I get a 6inch ham turkey and beacon there $ 9.89 Subway on two Notch same sub $ 6.99 big difference on Sundays one worker always hand sanitizer canister just empty always But I must say the sandwiches be busting good I have to give tye sandwiches a A when all the ingredients are there like my beacon my onions because all that makes the sub good please do better people

Subway Prisma Health 5 Medical Park the young man who took my order was pleasant, very proper talking. He told me my total was $10.61, but the amount on the register said $9.61! He did give me a dollar and thirty-nine cents back so i dropped it in the tip jar. There were 4 African American young men. I exchanged some niceties with the dark-skinned young man (I believe he had locs). A different young man was the fourth to come in and he had the filthiest mouth. Even using the "f" word out loud several times in the presence of a hospital staff member. The tables were nasty. The third fellow who showed up was very quiet. This all occurred on July 11, 2023 at around 11am. I hope an owner or manager sees this post. There should be some training after this.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly if they allow the workers to use profanity and have adult conversation out loud.

As I was walking in the employee's Tanisha and Minesha were walking out and closing the store. They insisted that they would stay for me an make me a sub and were super nice! Unfortunately nowadays if I were somewhere else they would have just said we are closed and left it at that. Thank you again Tanisha and Minesha!
Do not order through the mobile app! I ordered my meal at 9am for pick up at 12pm, before I went there a coworker asked me to grab her one as well. I waited in line at 12pm (my mobile order still wasn’t started) then when I went to order my coworkers food I informed the employee that the ticket sitting there was also mine. He refused to make the mobile order saying there were other tickets before that one, but the tickets he was making were just printed off. 1210pm I had my coworkers order but the mobile order still wasn’t even started. My break was over at 1230 so I told the employee I couldn’t wait anymore and to cancel the mobile order but he refused and said I have to contact the store across the street to get a refund. Well the number that I’ve been calling keeps hanging up on me so now I have to contact the bank and dispute the charges. Employees are extremely rude, slow, and unprofessional.
