Ms Heather at this location took care of my DoorDash delivery today and she was a very kind and caring person! I recommend this place a hundred times over, it’s so nice to see someone who really cares about their job and their customers

A young lady was inside she didn’t have the best attitude at all. She was in there alone. Phone kept ringing and she was making my sandwich with gloves on while touching that dirty phone. She was answering each call touching the phone then touching my meat, bread, cheese and toppings. Disgusting and completely unsanitary.

Placed food order 30mins before getting the only for them to tell me it wasn’t ready and I had to wait extra 20mins just for a footlong. Very disappointed and then the cooks were in the kitchen chit chatting like they had no orders to make

I had placed an order for a catering event for 250 footlongs subs cut in half and had paid in full to be picked up by 11:30AM. I arrived at 11:30 AM to pick up my order just to see the subs weren't completed! I walked into only one person working on the subs while the front was being worked by another employee and having a full lane. If 250 footlongs weren't going to be delivered by the time set management should have taken care to get employees on set to help out or to fully close up the facility to have all hands on board. I waited 2 1/2 HOURS to get my full order! I had my event push back lunch to 1:00PM when it was set for noon. My people were hungry and were done waiting for the subs. I had to delivered the subs as they were done by 50s. Once my order was done by 2:30PM I asked for some type of return or discount. It was unacceptable to receive my order very late for the store manager to give me 5 free footlongs. I will never do business at this location for a catering event! Store management HAS TO DO BETTER!!

Online order. They didn't make one sandwich I ordered stating they didn't prep the meat. The order for the other 6"and 4" subs took about 45 minutes. The sandwiches I did receive were not fresh or toasted like they were ordered. The lettuce was browning, the cucumbers were paper thin and floppy. It wasn't good at all. And they still charged for the one I didn't receive at all. They won't answer the phone. I've tried for 2 days. When I contacted corporate there was no offer to refund what wasn't even made. They only offered 2 free 6" subs. I like subway generally. But this location is awful.

Very slow service (although the employees were not unpleasant, just appeared to now be happy about their job).
We were the only ones in the store and it took 15 minutes.
Bread was stale.
Generous with the meats.
Veggies were sub par.

Yesterday I decided to stop at Subway on Two Notch Rd. in Columbia, South Carolina and order a sub sandwich. Arrived and went in to place an order and immediately when I walked through the door I was totally shocked from the heat inside. It was about 90°, that was really not really their fault because the air conditioning was out. But the overall appearance of the restaurant looked very unorganized and appeared not be real clean. There was one customer in front of me, a lady ordered two sandwiches and the guy was working building her sandwiches and asked me what I wanted at the same time. I told him what sandwich I wanted and he started building it. I also ordered an Auntie Ann’s foot long pretzel that subway advertised as so great. That is where the real confusion started. The guy building the sandwiches and the cashier got so confused that my sandwich got ahead of the lady in front of me and they wrapped and bagged it and gave it to that lady and she almost exited the restaurant and I said “did she get the wrong sandwich”. They called out to the lady and asked her to come back. She did and they figured it out that she had gotten the wrong sandwich. If I had not said anything she would have left with only one sandwich instead of the two she ordered and that one sandwich was mine. After she came back and they straighten out that confusion she left and the cashier started to ring up my order I had to ask if my prezel was prepared. It was not, the guy had to stop and prepare the pretzel apparently he forgot. I finally got everything I had ordered and paid and left the restaurant. After getting home I started to eat the sandwich. It was ok, but not to the standard of this restaurant and definitely not the standard of Subway. But then I started to eat the Auntie Ann’s Prezel and it was so hard that I couldn’t eat it. It seemed to be old and it was poorly prepared with no butter coating and hardly any salt. It was overall horrible and a total waste of money. I will never order a prezel from Subway again and will think twice about using this restaurant. Not a good experience or representation of Subway. You be the judge!

Ordered online to skip the line. Got here at 11:57 and had to wait in line until 12:25 because there was only 1 person working.

Whoever the owner is, you are a useless excuse for a business owner for only having 1 employee working during lunch hours.

Absolutely do not recommend this location if you want fast speedy service.
