Nothing fresh lettice old not being held at servesafe standards for safe eating especially at these temperatures we are experiencing. Never see management also!

My son and I visited your location around 8:00 PM, approximately an hour before closing. At that time, we noticed that many items were already being put away. We both ordered a footlong flatbread sandwich and expected to receive what we paid for. However, due to a metal cover over the meat section, we couldn’t clearly see the preparation process.
We were charged a little over $22.00, but what we received appeared to be closer to a 6-inch sandwich rather than a footlong. I chose this location for its convenience to the highway, but after this experience, I’m willing to travel farther for better quality and service.

They definitely need more staff at this location. Usually it's only one person in here struggling to keep up. I feel bad for them. It makes the wait time a little longer, so have patience.
I went to subway just now (11:21am ) and was greeted by Tiana. She was very nice as I told her I was having a bad day. Not only did she make my day better with her kind words. She recommended the new bread and told me it was good and that I should give it a try. I can tell Tiana is a sweet person in the little time I spent with her. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion with her great customer service skills and friendly and positive attitude. Thank you for making my day better.

When I walked in the workers were sitting down. No problem, the place was empty. But they didnt give a "hello", "I'll be right with you", or anything. After the workers took there sweet precious time getting up, one went straight to the back. (She had on a bonnet might I add.) The other just stood and looked, then reluctantly helped a lady that came in after me with an online order. Once she figured out that the other girl clearly wasn't going to help me, she came down to take and my order and make my order. Going against my 1st mind to just leave, I went ahead and ordered paid and left. When I got home I proceeded to eat my sandwich. It was awful. I guess it's the lack of care and concern that was taken making it. Or maybe the negative energy had seeped into it. Nevertheless, there has been a very obvious change in management or ownership recently. This isn't the first bad experience that I've had there recently, I charged the first one to a fluke, the second, they just weren't open at all during normal business hours, and now this. I guess that's my clue to either go to another location or just trash them all together. Yes, trash them just like the food and service. I'm highly disappointed at how far this place has gone down. Especially, since it close and convenient to me.
