Ordered whole sub online and paid for combo order via App. Arrived at Subway 7520 Garners Ferry Rd., operator stated online order had not been received. Handed clerk my IPhone at his request showing acknowledgement my order was received per Subway App. Order placed at correct location. Clerk wasted time looking at cash register, refusing to fill my online paid in full order. After 15 minutes of stating that online issue was not my problem and App confirmed order was placed and paid the clerk needed to fulfill my order. Clerk reluctantly complied to my in person request with my insistence to fill my order. After I got my food, clerk told me to delete and cancel my App order as he would not make a duplicate order. Rude, obstinate, and treated me as a patron trying to get over on Subway. Pathetic franchise and unfriendly customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

We had a good experience. My wife and I wanted the same 6" sandwich, but prepared differently. In order to save us money, the server prepared what we wanted but only charged us for a single 12" sub. They did not have to do this for us.
Chef’s kiss! The ladies that operate this location make their sandwiches with LOVE! They are pleasant to work with and take their time making your sandwich. I stopped eating Subway for a while because of poorly ran locations. I am thrilled to have found THIS LOCATION because they do it right!

If ZERO stars were possible I’d give them that. Staff don’t listen to requests and do what they “were taught” the subway way is what i was told just terrible experience overall. I didn’t even eat the sandwich after the first bite.

They no longer have the flat bread wrap that like but I love their tuna wraps. They discontinued the Spanish and tomato basil wraps.... So I go to Kairos now for their spicey chicken pitas.

Parking: It's in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking

Extremely rude employee that doesn’t know how subway works. She wouldn’t add cheese to my pizza fr extra. This was the 3rd location I visited just to get the pizza. Extremely

All of a sudden stopped accepting coupon deals. I guess too many were saving money. I hate greedy businesses. So I stopped going to this location, it's not like they were the friendliest.

The place is awesome and always nice and clean when I go there. Employees are always very nice and courteous. And the food is always good.

I went in for a Subway to order my usual meatball sub, after i asked that it be toasted I walked on to the register to pay, I never order anything else because iit costs just under $9 after tax, HOWEVER they offer Icee so I added it to the order. This was a huge mistake! My order total was nearly $13 AND the manager didn’t fill the whole cup. I said, you didn’t fill it up all the way….. I got home took a bite into a cold un-toasted meatball sub with slack iceee thanks
