Ordered a foot long oven roasted turkey sub online 10/07/25 at 5:45 PM with the toppings of choice. A 10% tip was also included in the online pick-up order. Upon arrival to the restaurant at 6:05 PM, the sandwich maker on had 1/2 sub ready. When he was informed that I ordered a foot long sub, he looked at the order slip and stated that was correct. He then proceeded to make a second half of the sub instead of the whole sub as requested. The half of the sub sandwich I did not see prepared with all the vegetables soggy and did not look as pictured. The bottom was soaked in mayo, mustard, onion sauce. This was the worst sandwich ever received from this store. All sandwich makers are not trained the same or they did not like what they were hired to do. The tip was for bad service. Very disappointing

I ordered on-line said it was going to be ready at a specific time,I went 12 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready.My daughter went in and noone acknowledged her for 3 minutes I went in and they still didn't acknowledge so I said I ordered 3 subs they were supposed to be ready 12 mins ago I asked how long the girl said im working on them now, didn't even tell me how long rolling her eyes and neck so I told the other lady in there I didn't want them so the girl said good I didn't want to make them anyway..long story customer service sucked just by that one female getting nasty and rude and this is the second time this has happened off of decker blvd.just ignorant ..

Hot mess. I recently took advantage of the 6.99 any sub promotion to try "The Beast" because it's original price is over $16 dollars. Just had to share what I got. If I paid full price I would have been really upset. I ordered online so I had no clue till I got home.i see why they're getting sued for false advertisement.

I ordered using the app and a buy one get one promo code. The cold cut combo had only bologna and only three small pieces. The steak and cheese had no steak. Stay away from this subway

My son went by there to place a large order. There were two employees standing there talking to a friend and totally ignoring the customer. After standing there a few minutes, he asked if there was someone who could help him. They laughed and kept on with their business. He walked out. Evidently the owner doesn’t need the business.
