The lady at the register was very rude!! Talking overly sweet and condescending and laughing at me. I asked to build my own sub, which turned out o be fairly similar to the All American on their menu. In some confusion, my sandwich was put in the oven and cheese was added that I did not ask for. When I corrected the worker, the lady at the register chimed in and tried telling me that I ordered the All American and that’s why the cheese was put on there, but she wasn’t even the one who took my order! When confronted her about her rudeness and she continued laughing like it was a joke. Horrible customer service and decorum serving people in uniform and their families!

Staff is rude. Shorted us a pretzel. Churros were horrible here because she barely sprinkled any of the cinnamon sugar on them. Teach your staff better customer service skills please.

This place was slam packed when we came. The whole food court was full and it was utter chaos. Despite this, the employees kept their calm, remained patient and polite, and were quick and efficient. They all made a good team working together. Our subs were all great tasting and made correctly. We appreciated good, quick service and good food that day. Thank you!
