Don’t order on bitesquad they don’t answer the phone. I called off 3 different phone numbers so that they can confirm the order and won’t answer. So don’t bother trying because bitesquad is going to have to cancel it because they don’t answer for them either.

Awesome staff, fresh items, and decent prices! It’s a chain, but the ladies here provide too-notch service. They do close early, so drive by or call in before coming — especially if it’s after 8:30.

I want to say this is the less friendly and professional Subway I have been at. I am from the Indiana. I am here visiting getting family ready for semester. I decided to order threw the app. I went to location which I thought it was I was wrong I can admit that. I tried call the correct store 6 times no answer. Finally I talk to your associate and she said she can can't cancel my order no problem. So I decided to go get my order. I arrived at the restaurant and she her manager cancelled the order. I asked her will I be receiving a refund? Or is their a void receipt? She became rude and tried calling her manager once no answer. My kicker is I sat down so we can figure this out 2 minutes later she has a void receipt. So she was able to void it but don't know if I will receive a refund. For a Subway to be close to college and no customer service or basic knowledge of the Subway Policies are red flags to not a successful franchise. Going above and beyond is calling me letting me know the order can be cancelled and set an expectation of the situation.

I have been to this location three times and only one of those times resulted in me leaving with a sandwich. The first time I visited was in the evening, a little later than typical dinner time. The woman behind the counter worked very slow but she was kind and I had a nice conversation with the gentleman behind me in line. No complaints about that visit. I noted the hours on the door (9am-10pm everyday) and decided that would be a good place to stop for dinner after my late classes (I'm a USC student and don't live far from this subway). So I went a second time, around 8pm. The Open sign was on and the door was unlocked, but when I got inside, the woman (not the same from the first visit) said they were closed, so I told her the open sign was still on and left. She never turned the open sign off for as long as I was in the parking lot. The third time I went was the following night at about 9pm. The Open sign was on again but this time the door was locked. I tried to motion to the lady inside (a third woman, different than the first two) to ask if they were open or closed, but she didn't understand, so I went and got dinner at the Wing Zone next door. Either the hours on the door are incorrect or they just have a grudge and won't let me get my late night sandwich. Either way, this place isn't it.
