The service was terrible- old Caucasian woman with red hair. I placed an online order but she was unable to assist me when she informed me that she did not receive order. Even when I showed her a screenshot of my order at the correct location she was unable to help me because she “can’t read that”. I’d like a call back or feedback on my order experience. I felt horrible leaving this store when all I wanted was a sandwich.

Female employee was very rude and upset as we walked in as Muslim women, we upset her in some way. She rolled her eyes and was very dismissive to us. As we tried to order our food, she kept walking away and smacking her . She was very rude and disrespectful to us for no apparent reason to us.. but is being different….

Nasty employee, she lack communication skills. Because when someone say the regular BMT it's not the ultimate BMT. Different in price so if you didn't have it you dont fix me what you want and charge me what you want to. Learn to explain to the customer before you fix the sandwich and then proceed if the want you to dont assume and then argue with the customer. Not kool and unprofessional. Do better

Nasty store. Tea tasted like it was a week old. Then overcharged for my sandwich. Confronted worker nicely about issues and instead of resolving the issues he argued and then proceeded to watch his phone. He would not give me a receipt. To to all else off they had a sign on the bathroom that read no bathroom for customers.

BEWARE of this location. They frequently have tea that is a day or two old and they will overcharge you. Today I was charged for a combo after clearly telling them no chips. And, previously I was charged for a more expensive sandwich than what I actually ordered. Make sure you get your receipt and check it before leaving the store.

Lady said she had to charge for me for “extra pickles”. Claims you only get 6 pickles for a footlong. Never heard of that at any subway I’ve been to in the last 20 years. They’re just trying to price gouge.
The building looks old and dated as well, sounds like the owner is cheap af.

Food was disgusting, service was horrible I ordered the meal deal and it comes with a six inch sub, chips and a drink, he hands me the cup to fill my drinks and says machine isn’t working, I said I ordered a coke can I get a bottle he said no that would be an additional charge, I handed him back the cup and said that poor customer service. This was at the 4464 Divine St. the bread tasted old and stale and there was barely any toppings on my sub, highly dissatisfied. I will never go back to this location.

Insanely rude owner. Hes a larger older man with an accent and will insult his paying customers and shout at the girls calling them insults. After my experience with him insulting and yelling at me and my friend. I will not be a returning customer. Another review posted his picture.
We had ordered the steak sub it was all vegetables and no meat the bread was so so thick that we had to open up the bread to even get to the meat that was not a funny thing sub at all the meat measurements was horrible for the amount of money y'all charges for my wife and I are still hungry
