I went there last Thursday night like right before 12 ... So the gentleman was a little of a lot of rude ... The times I've been there at night I was aloud to come in and pick up my order ... He didn't tell me to wait here so when I attempted to follow him ... He a little aggressively put his arm up and look me up and down like as if I didn't show him respect when he was standing outside the door talking to another gentleman... I didn't cut in or not for a second was bothered that he was still talking I just waited ... But the bigger picture is ... Me and my best bothhhhhh got sick and didn't make it a whole day at work the next day ... Idk what y'all doing but that ain't it...

Stop at this Subway before ordering our food we went into the public restroom and the bathroom was nasty and the sink was not in working condition there was no water. Exiting that bathroom and tried to use the men's only restroom and we were told there were no public restrooms for public use. My speculation is the employees didn't want anyone using the public restroom that was working because they didn't want to have to clean up after somebody I kind of understand that but I believe if you have a dine-in area under health code rules and regulations they are required to have one public restroom that is in working order. They have signs in the public restrooms that says exiting the bathrooms how can the employee wash their hands if the damn sink ain't working. After asking the employees in the store about the bathroom not working they said it hasn't been working for a very long time I even asked for information to the store owner and the older gentleman behind the counter was very short with me and would not give me any information After exiting the Subway store I noticed that the subway had (A) rating. Lol Put sticker was so old on the door there probably peeling off the low grade they've been getting and just leaving the high rated sticker up there they got when they first opened never will I return back to the subway again and neither will the group that was with us who work across the street 16 people came in right behind me to order sandwiches they asked me what was wrong and I told them they all turned around and left fix your bathroom you're just losing business and eventually you'll have to close your door Subway you suck

Not going to lie it’s crazy how your a sub place with NO CHEESE like what!? Who does the order cause yall wrong and not doing your job properly. Only reason I even stayed cause the guy up front was nice about it & tried to accommodate but even then like that’s wild you have no cheese this place has always been run down & not the greatest they just seem to get worse and worse and it’s right beside the hospital

I was about to walked in to place my order. The man told me I had to order online, so I did. He was standing outside talking with a friend. When I came back in, another worker was taking someone's order. I asked him why did the other man say they were only taking online orders. He stated because he was the only one working. There was 3 employees there and only one was working. One worker was in the loddy eating and the other man was outside, chilling on the clock. The man friend came in and helped herself to a bag of chips, without paying. I'm sure this subway lose a lot of business. Open the subway in the hospital back up.

I'm here at hospital rt across the street and the employees are inside doors locked telling me they are closed cause they are out of bread that they bake in house someone needs to fire these clowns 🤡 on the clock getting paid and telling would be customers they are closed it's 738 pm on tues june 3rd 2025 two male workers smiling at me from inside

Pretty fricking bad, called again to see if I could even order and the phones set on 247 ringing not even a voicemail option. Ordered once, foods cold and I get just a bowel so I'm spending $50 on something I couldn't even eat or correct. Never ordering again, staff horrible👎
