I was about to walked in to place my order. The man told me I had to order online, so I did. He was standing outside talking with a friend. When I came back in, another worker was taking someone's order. I asked him why did the other man say they were only taking online orders. He stated because he was the only one working. There was 3 employees there and only one was working. One worker was in the loddy eating and the other man was outside, chilling on the clock. The man friend came in and helped herself to a bag of chips, without paying. I'm sure this subway lose a lot of business. Open the subway in the hospital back up.

I'm here at hospital rt across the street and the employees are inside doors locked telling me they are closed cause they are out of bread that they bake in house someone needs to fire these clowns 🤡 on the clock getting paid and telling would be customers they are closed it's 738 pm on tues june 3rd 2025 two male workers smiling at me from inside

This maybe one of the worst Subways I have ever been in. It was so old & so rough. The bread was old even though we were there during the lunch rush. Avoid.

Online order. Dude spent at least 12 minutes talking hairstyles with a customer, having done none of the online orders and then had 4 other people waiting. When he wanted to, he was quick and efficient.

Pretty fricking bad, called again to see if I could even order and the phones set on 247 ringing not even a voicemail option. Ordered once, foods cold and I get just a bowel so I'm spending $50 on something I couldn't even eat or correct. Never ordering again, staff horrible👎

Hard working associate. Sandwich was well prepared.
Lobby closed at 11p. But they advertise 24h service. I showed up at 1023p. I needed to add money to my subway card to order online and the employee Silas wouldn't put the money on the card so I could order my food. He claimed that he couldn't work the register because they were short staffed... Burning gas, time and resources for nothing. I'm disappointed
