Ordered just bagels for a party and they were so accommodating. I was late to pick things up and they were so kind and understanding. Their service was wonderful. All of the people who had the bagels said they were amazing and very fresh! Im going to have to try their sandwiches next!

On the website it says that this location is open until 3am when it is in fact not. I ordered bagels online at 8:30pm 5/3/25, went to pick them up and they were closed. I called right when they opened 5/4/25 at 8:30am, was informed that the manager was working on refunding everyone and that it should be back in my account later that day. It is now 2 days later and I still have not received a refund. Very disappointed in the customer service. Please update the hours to reflect when this location is actually open.

Please review the video footage of the 01/10/25 2:30 closing of the store on Devine Street.... I ordered a sandwich at 2:15 and asked when they closed because I wanted to place a to-go order (for my Family who was on their way home from attending a funeral...) I was told 3:00.
At 2:30 (on the dot...) I was told "we dont serve anything past 2:30" and "if I had an issue with it, I could take it up with the manager"... (I was told her name was "Liz") and she told them never to serve anything past 2:30".
-- Unbelievable!
I was refused service because it was 30 minutes before closing time... The guy was SO rude and smirked when I left that he worked till 8:00 the day before...

Created my own bagel sandwich and it was amazing! Idk how they pair things together or whose tastebuds were used during the trial and testing phase but they nailed it. Today, I had The Full Monte, sub ham for turkey, sub Swiss for Colby cheese, sub plain bagel for blueberry…. As weird as it sounds, EPIC is the only word that comes to mind. Go there. Now!
Pro Tip (not Star-deducting worthy): limit the cream cheese but keep everything else a hot mess

Friendly from the moment we walked in the door. My son loves a hot steamy Ham and Cheese. I on the other hand love the Nacho Maximus!! Just a great experience from start to finish!!!!
