Great find as we were headed out of town. Not your run of the mill bagel place…more like soft sandwich bread but very very good! Definitely recommend!

IMHO bagels were meant to be toasted, bacon crispy, and none of these should be steamed. I've been spoiled by a fabulous eatery that cooked everything fresh for your breakfast sandwich, so Sully's was more like an upscale McDonalds where the bacon is precooked, refrigerated, and reheated in the steamer with your bagel and other ingredients. Obviously, many love this, it just wasn't for me. And note to the management, I think your soda machine needs a deep cleaning.

Busy street never even saw this place. Looking on Yelp and this was number 10. I saw the picture of the bagel and knew it was the place to check out. Menu is 26 sandwichs from legendary to classics to healthy(ish). I ordered the El Camino which is ham, egg, jalapenos, pepper jack and jalapeno cream cheese. They asked for what kind of bagel and had to get that cheddar jalapeno bagel. From the first bite it was moist and so flavorful. I couldnt put the dang thing down to write the review. Definitely need to check this one out! I need more details about this gem. Has a range of options.

Ordered just bagels for a party and they were so accommodating. I was late to pick things up and they were so kind and understanding. Their service was wonderful. All of the people who had the bagels said they were amazing and very fresh! Im going to have to try their sandwiches next!

On the website it says that this location is open until 3am when it is in fact not. I ordered bagels online at 8:30pm 5/3/25, went to pick them up and they were closed. I called right when they opened 5/4/25 at 8:30am, was informed that the manager was working on refunding everyone and that it should be back in my account later that day. It is now 2 days later and I still have not received a refund. Very disappointed in the customer service. Please update the hours to reflect when this location is actually open.

Please review the video footage of the 01/10/25 2:30 closing of the store on Devine Street.... I ordered a sandwich at 2:15 and asked when they closed because I wanted to place a to-go order (for my Family who was on their way home from attending a funeral...) I was told 3:00.
At 2:30 (on the dot...) I was told "we dont serve anything past 2:30" and "if I had an issue with it, I could take it up with the manager"... (I was told her name was "Liz") and she told them never to serve anything past 2:30".

I was refused service because it was 30 minutes before closing time... The guy was SO rude and smirked when I left that he worked till 8:00 the day before...
