I can't say enough about how good this food is. I grew up in So Cal, where we had a huge Polynesian food scene, and Surfin Sumo could hang with any shop out there. I've been missing mac salad since landing in Columbia in 2012. You can easily make a few meals out of the plates. The Katsu is crunchy, the teriyaki is sweet and savory, and the mac salad is LEGIT. I look forward to making it my lunch every week. Let's get a big following here so we can keep enjoying this killer grub for many, many more years. A hui hou!

Run, don’t walk. The food here is amazing! Fun, fresh and flavorful! We will be back! We had crispy garlic chicken with grilled pineapple and kaluah pork with mixed veggies and an extra side of Mac salad. I’m stuffed and there is definitely enough left for another meal. The staff was also entertaining and accommodating. Show this new spot some love Cola! Just down from Mast across Main.

Got the chicken Katsu plate and it was delicious! They recommend a white sauce or a gravy teriyaki sauce with it and both were fantastic!

Friendly staff. We got the coconut shrimp and garlic chicken. Both are excellent. Portions are large. The Chef came out to greet us and was excited about his food. The music matches the fun vibe they got going on.

Excellent Hawaiian fusion restaurant. We had the katsu chicken and spicy teriyaki (they were out of the kalua pork) and it was very good. Highly recommend.

I'll start off this review by saying that I was born and raised in Hawaii and miss the food there very much. So when I heard about this Hawaiian fusion restaurant opening in Columbia, I was hoping it would taste like home. It did not disappoint (except for one thing). We got the kalua pork mini plate and crispy garlic chicken mini plate, both Hawaiian style. We also got a spam musubi and Hawaiian Sun canned drink. Everything came out to about $27 and it was more than the two of us could finish. Each plate came with rice covered in teriyaki sauce, mac salad, and coleslaw. The mac salad tasted just like home and the slaw had the same dressing as the mac. The rice was a little too wet and mushy for my liking. I loved the crispy garlic chicken, it reminded me of mochiko chicken from Hawaii. It was made with dark meat and didn't have a strong garlic flavor, but it moist and the fried perfectly. Now, the disappointing part: the kalua pork didn't taste like kalua pork. It was delicious but it tasted more like bbq pulled pork with teriyaki sauce on top. The spam musubi was good, but again, the rice was a little mushy. The atmosphere was nice and chill with the dragon mural and Hawaiian music playing, but a lot of the tables were dirty even though we were the only ones there. Overall, I really enjoyed it and I will be coming again as this is the closest thing to home I've been able to find in Columbia.

Food was amazing I got the Chicken Katsu Hawaiian plate. Atmosphere could use a little work but food definitely made up for it.

Decided to visit this location for a quick lunch. Service was great. The atmosphere was OK but it was a little warm in the inside for only 84° out. The food was pretty decent however a little salty for my pallet, but my favorite item was the Crispy Garlic chicken
