Excellent chai latte and chocolate croissant! The employees were very nice and the shop had a welcoming atmosphere. I will likely go again before my trip is over.

What happened to the days of if an establishment messed up the food it was on them to fix it and not hand trash to a customer?
A bland royal chai sweet cream with a chewy bagel sandwich with a burnt egg. Make sure you consult the picture.
I specifically chose this place to support a local establishment and was very disappointed. Although it was $6 for the two items, I would have paid more if the quality was better. I don't recommend eating here.

I made an online order for a SINGLE menu item (ham & cheese on a pretzel bun); I paid extra to add an egg (+$1.50) and for additional ham (+$1.50). I can, with 100% certainty say that there was not an egg on my sandwich. I'm not too sure about the additional ham. I'm not too concerned about $1.50 egg -- but when I'm paying $10.40 (+ tax) for a breakfast sandwich, I somewhat expect it to be assembled neatly, and correctly, as ordered.
This wasn't my first time having issues here. I mean, the food tastes great and the coffee is usually pretty darn fantastic. But when it's totally hit or miss with order accuracy, it makes me want to spend my money elsewhere. It was ONE ITEM that equated to 100% failure rate...
(I've shared my concerns with them; I'll update if/when addressed.)

This has been my favorite coffee place ever since I heard about it.. I always get their bagel sandwiches and the Dreamy even though I say I'll venture out. I plan to try their Milk teas and other specialty drinks as well.

I came to have a fall drink and study with my roommates. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I was accommodated for. They helped me with my confusion and were overall so nice. Definitely coming back!!!!
