This cafe is great, the coffee and food don't taste artificial or greasy like other famous places. Very friendly staff.

My wife and I visited the cafe one morning. It was a decent experience. The lemonade and croissant were pretty good .. the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurants setup seems similar to chipotle. I’d give them another try next time I’m in town.Kid-friendliness: The seating was open space which allowed plenty of room for our stroller.

Just as I suspected, another water downed "coffee" shop. Is it aesthetic inside? Yes. Ample sized area and lots of seating and standing room. However their take on "Vietnamese" "Hong Kong" style drinks are honestly laughable. But this is a college area, so what's to be expected? No diversity or friendly faces ?Service 2/5- No greeting once at the counter, I asked what was in the Caramel Ice Dragon, which btw that's what they are calling their drinks fyi- Mocha, Caramel etc. Are just flavors. Even though the menu was behind the gentleman, he said it's a "caramel type drink with some cream" that's awfully specific. Asked if there was an option for non dairy milk, he said he didn't think so...so who do I ask? Like???The time to wait for the drink was maybe 1-2 minutes if that, which was appreciated as there was a couple people before me waiting.Drink 2/5- I settled with their "Hong Kong Imperial Milk Tea" iced, double which resembles any standard "regular drink" size. The tea taste is there but subtle. They advertised sweetened and creamy and there is nothing nor sweet how a milk tea should taste or creamy if we're going for the agenda this coffee shop is trying to pull. It was not worth $5.94.Menu and prices shown.

The staff is amazing here! Particularly the manager although I don’t remember his name. Always enjoyable, mostly reasonably priced, great atmosphere to chat with a friend or get work done. They let you sample coffees before ordering which is

Great staff and drinks! Mark runs this business well and hires friendly employees. Everything is clean. I love the lychee add-on for my tea. This place is my go to for a treat.

First and last time here. To begin with, we ordered a medium beverage to which the attendant replied "we only have double, triple, and quadruple". That pretty much equates to small, medium, and large in my thinking. Then, I ordered a mocha coffee, hot. I received a mocha code on ice. Not a pleasant experience.

Horrible decline in quality of coffee and service since change in ownership. Employees are inattentive and value chatting with each other and their peer customers more than getting drinks out in a timely manner or with any semblance of consistency or attention to quality. Will no longer be frequenting this establishment when Immaculate Consumption and Cool Beans are just up the street and offer far better service and quality. It’s clear that the new management doesn’t really care about training his staff to be competent.Would give 0 stars if I could, but that’s not possible, so 1 star it is. Do better.

Coffee is just ok, not very strong or flavorful. Disappointed by the service. I was the only one in line yet took too long to be acknowledged by the staff and for my order to be taken. Probably won’t return given all the other options for better coffee and better service in the area.

I won't say I'm a big coffee shop gyal but this a cool spot. Located just on the outskirts of campus. This shop has ample space for studying or just if you want to relax. It is spacious and bright. The staff were super pleasant and were willing to help me figure out what exactly I wanted. I settled on the mango fruit tea with passionfruit. It was bussin. There are also little snack options if you are not gluten free. For the gluten free gang there isn't anything to eat here... yet but hopefully it happens soon. I will return

I stopped in here to grab a beverage and get some work done while in Columbia. I had an iced Vietnamese coffee and it was really good! Service was quick and friendly and pieces were reasonable too. The espresso machine was down unfortunately. The food on the menu looked much fresher than Starbucks, but I didn't try it to confirm. (Edited to a 5 star review after the business owner informed me that there were more outlets, I just didn't realize that they were there because the tables were not near a wall with outlets and the outlets were underneath the tables.) Would definitely return if I am in the area or near another one (they are a chain apparently).J.Ja
