“I've always had a great experience at this Taco Bell location. Food has always been fresh and prepared correctly. The inside and outside of the store always are kept clean. The staff has always been extremely friendly and professional. Even if you go and have an issue with your order. Just treat people with respect and don't be rude about the issue, kindness goes a long way. They will resolve the issue and treat you with the same respect you show them.“
“We were the only ones in the drive thru. So we were in and out quick. Jacob H. @the window remembered us from last visit. Always so helpful and friendly. He laughs at my husband's Dad jokes. Which makes him so very happy. Food was hot and order correct. My son loves this place, eats there at least once a week. Keep up the great work Jacob you are awesome!“
“Got their chicken box and a few soft beef tacos and all looked like they were made for the commercial! Slightly worried at first but they were real and amazingly delicious! Don't order inside. You will have to wait 40 minutes for your meal.“
“I literally wish I could 10 star this place . This has been my best workday lunch spot. The prices are always reasonable, online ordering is easy, and this PARTICULAR LOCATION, is the friendliest drive thru I’ve ever been to every single time. I’m not sure of the girls name in particular who is always so awesome, she is always on drive through and was today May 16th around 12:30 i am so satisfied with the food , the price ,and the staff of this location. Thank you guys for all you do!! You guys never miss!!!!!“
“It is worth it to visit this location and hear my man say “Live Mas” with passion. I have never been to a Taco Bell that had an employee with this much energy and passion. I have heard it on two visits. Now it is my go to Taco Bell even though it is not the closest. He has the passion Taco Bell management….. he needs in a leadership role. He would have the atmosphere in the work center on point with passion/morale. You never get this type of customer service from food services anymore. So if you need a smile… visit this location to her my man say “Live MAs”. I wish I would have caught his name.“
“Customer service was on point, but my food was warm at best, I go here a lot and this one instance will not deter me from going again, food is usually on point so one mishap does not cause me to go elsewhere, besides it's Columbia, Sc, on average I would rate ALL fast food restaurants in that area 2 stars at best.“
“Man this Taco Bell was surprisingly one of the best ones I've been to in a while. Super clean inside and out. The staff were extremely friendly and seemed like they actually cared about what they were doing. The food was prepared exactly as ordered and was done sloppily. I will definitely go back to this location next time I want some taco bell!“
