When asked for help with the kiosk, the large unfriendly black lady seemed highly Irritated and reluctantly offered help by Slamming, my selections and offering no response to my questions. I can only describe the food as awful. Corn tortilla was flat with no crisp, a burrito was nothing like I asked for and it was only a glob of tasteless mush. The flour tortillas were cold and soggy just like the flour tortillas. I don’t know about any other Taco Bell locations but 145 Harbison Blvd. will never again be visited by me. They probably will not be there anyway because who Send itwants that experience. I expect they will be going out of business soon.

Haven't been to a Taco Bell in years. I was craving a crunchy taco, so decided it would be a quick lunch. Nothing has changed since last time I visited except the price. 2 taco and small ice tea $6.68. The drive through was quick . I made it from browning rd to Taco Bell on Broadriver Rd and back to work in 20 min. Which is good for only having 30 min lunch.

I pulled up and order a large and nacho fry and ask, could they be hot please upon receiving the fries they were cold so I don’t think the employees understand when people ask for hot stuff and not cold stuff
