Employee was very rude when I brought back my chicken quesadilla without sauce I had Called priorand ask for Management and was told there were no Management at that time, but to come back and they would remake. An Employee made a comment in front of all employees and customers that I had eaten over two pieces and there was sauce on it and she didn’t even open the Quesadilla to look at it. I will ever go there again and will try and make sure no one else does, with this rude treatment

We dined in and the food was cold, chips fried hard, the cheese wasn’t melted between the shells of my Gordita crunch. The flat ready tasted as it was never toasted. I wasted my money here and went somewhere else to eat. I wish I took pictures before I trashed it

I’ll read the reviews before I visit a location next time. Went inside to wait for mobile order. After waiting about 10 minutes, went to counter to inquire. They said they are prioritizing DoorDash orders. Ummmmm what? This was a Friday at 2pm with nobody in the drive thru nor inside. It’s not like it’s rush hour! Do better Taco Bell.

It didn't have a car in lot and no visible sign of being open for breakfast but we tried the door at 915am. We got cinnabon delights by ordering at kiosk. Staff was friendly.

The employees at the car service are rude and impolite, they respond in a bad way to someone who has a question or does not listen well for the service. They should improve that aspect. If you don't like your job, then quit, just like that.

The drive thru was long as hell and then when you get to the window they tell you to pull around to the front of the building and you’re waiting even longer. I’ve been here for 30 minutes all together. I also paid online.

We ordered food here, and the staff was extremely unprofessional.. I understand this is fast food, but this was bad by all standards. We waited about 30 minutes before finally asking for our food and we were told they had run out of beef and that it would be 7 minutes before the person ahead of us got their food an then we would be next. We told them we wanted a refund, and they threw a fit saying it'll be 7 minutes to even do a refund, so we might as well just wait. We didn't want to though. We had already wasted nearly an hour of what was supposed to be a quick detour on a 3 hour drive. We eventually got our money back, but we would NEVER EVER go there again. Ever. Bad bad service all around, from managers and staff.
