Everytime I come here, I get sent out of drive thru to the parking lot to wait on my food. Today I went, they are out of Mountain Dew, out of Root Beer, so I get four drinks, and 12 crunchy tacos. Come to the window, pay. Three people sitting at the window chatting. One on her phone. They try to hand me four drinks without offering a cupholder, I ask for one and she rolls her eyes. I've come here four times in three months and it's never a good experience. Lobby is a mess everytime. Last time I came at 11am and the lobby was closed for no reason. Idk what's up with this taco bell but it doesn't compare well with others in the region.

Bathrooms were locked and no one working had a key. Not very busy and food took a long time. Floor and tables were dirty.

Ordered on the app. They told me they couldn't do anything fried. Asked to sub it for a quesodilla or refund my money. Refused to sub it out for anything other than a gordita which I do not want. Refused to give me a refund. Stated I have to go through the app for a refund. The app will not let me refund my money. Great job Taco Bell!!! Manager also stated she rides an uber to work everyday you can cancel it. What that has to do with the taco bell app I don't know.

The staff here is super nice and helpful. My car battery died and they were kind enough to try and help me as much as possible at 2am while stranded with a toddler. I appreciate the kindness shown to me and my daughter 🫶🏽

The inside is DIRTY. It looks like the tables haven’t been wiped and the floor hasn’t been swept in days. None of the employees are ever polite or even offer a smile. I just wish it was a more welcoming place…

Worst location in South Carolina. Every few months I give it a shot because its 5 minutes from home vs 20. Idiots cant even read the damn sticker with the order on it. Then you tell them they forgot something and they pitch a fit. I worked at a taco bell, its not freaking rocket science, just put the weed pen down for a minute for christs sake.

We left. Couldn't get any service after we ordered you have to order on that thing they have because no one will take your order and when you did order no one ever showed up to make it
