If you're going to make people walk in to pick up a drive thru mobile order you need to fix the app. Not hard to start making food when we get there and hand out the window like everyone else. Night shift sucks needs cleanup in crew members. Probably not gonna eat the food bc I had to fight to get them to make it, they would not refund. "Brother sister" duo needs to learn how to work more and less how to run their mouths and try to fight customers. Terrible experience and don't trust the food wasnt tampered with. Wish I would've went somewhere else, beware dont waste your money here like we did.

Ordered on mobile thru the drive thru and when I arrived they told me I had to come inside to pick up my order. Theres no way out of the drive thru so I had to sit and wait thru the drive thru and then come around and park to come inside. I came inside to hear them calling me racial slurs. When I confronted them about what they said they wouldn't repeat it and got hostile. Multiple people surrounded me and tried to intimidate me. Hilarious.Turns out you have to argue with the entire staff and have them attempt to fight you before you can actually get your food. I should have called the cops in yall tryna fight over a damn taco bell order. Yall don't even deserve the $9/hr yall get.

Waited 2 hours and the order was never marked ready for pickup for the delivery driver.Update. On a future visit half of my order was forgotten and the salsa I had clearly said to keep refrigerated but the sauce wasnt even chilled. Scary, can't imagine what the kitchen is like

Terrible service, Cold food, the entire location is dirty.... beware of unprofessional employees 30 min+ wait on the food, and when you finally get. Your order it will be wrong, and don't bother filing a complaint because the Night Shift Manager on duty does not care and it shows.

Grew up with Mighty Taco but highly recommend TACO BELL!!! Outside of their simple variety. They have plenty of options. Even a Mexican Pizza, Dorito shells (usually my choice) and good Drinks!

Ordered drive thru tonight. I had the steak, and cheese burrito which was delicious. Along with a chicken enchilada burrito also.The service at the drive thru was quick. Definitely a good dine in location.

Seems like it doesn't matter if you order online through the app or in the drive thru the order is somehow going to be wrong.. to the point of there being absolutely no point of calling and complaining...

I'm used to fast food not being fast anymore but these guys take it to the next level.Seriously took 15/20+ minutes while they serviced the drive thru. 20 something cars went thru while I waited.Zero customer service. Lazy, slow, playing on their phones.They've already eliminated the cashier position and automated it. I don't want anybody working there or any other fast food place that's this terrible crying or wondering why they got replaced by machines.Because as soon as it's a viable option that's exactly where this industry is going. I bet the robots will do a way better job.

STOP making customers wait in the parking lot, so that your window time is down. (I worked here in high school, so I know how things operate). I have to be pretty food -desperate to make a late night stop here. You get what you pay for, but I don’t understand why the windows are so dirty. The outside appearance makes the restaurant uninviting, I actually never eat inside, as it doesn’t look maintained (may be better now). I don’t understand why fast food places don’t have the least bit of manners or professionalism when they are interacting with customers.The wait time is ridiculous for mass produced tacos.

We don’t eat fast food often but this is the only place where the staff here has gotten our order right every single time, despite it sometimes being complicated due to my toddlers’ dietary restrictions. Ordering through the app makes it much easier, and the staff is always friendly.
