Inside was closed at 6? Everybody was just looking at me and one guys twirled his finger at me. Was about 5 cars in the drive thru forever. Also like 7-8 people in there I assume doing nothing. Two other had tried to come in but was turned around as well.

I ordered a simple order on DoorDash and they had the special instructions feature turned off. All I wanted to do was to Select no ice on my beverage, but I wasn’t able to do so, so I simply texted my DoorDasher to tell them to make my drink with no ice and instead of just making another drink, they told him “well we already made the drink” as if it would’ve been Hard work to simply make another drink. I don’t care how hungry I am I would never order from Taco Bell on DoorDash again. If I’m paying I need my drinks and food the way I want it! It’s just ice!!
