Placed a mobile order; was told to wait in the parking lot for it. Once in parking lot a homeless man knocked on the window and asked for a cigarette. Food was brought to us after 15 minutes
Ordered tenders, got nuggets, also they forgot the avocado ranch. Which my girlfriend refuses to eat Taco Bell without.

Inside was closed at 6? Everybody was just looking at me and one guys twirled his finger at me. Was about 5 cars in the drive thru forever. Also like 7-8 people in there I assume doing nothing. Two other had tried to come in but was turned around as well.
Terrible food quality, terrible service, and terrible management overall. It is okay for an order to be wrong one time, but when itās wrong every time you go to this taco bell something needs to change.
I ordered a simple order on DoorDash and they had the special instructions feature turned off. All I wanted to do was to Select no ice on my beverage, but I wasnāt able to do so, so I simply texted my DoorDasher to tell them to make my drink with no ice and instead of just making another drink, they told him āwell we already made the drinkā as if it wouldāve been Hard work to simply make another drink. I donāt care how hungry I am I would never order from Taco Bell on DoorDash again. If Iām paying I need my drinks and food the way I want it! Itās just ice!!
