Ordered from the mobile app for pickup. Asked about food after waiting 20 mins and they found the order so I'd expect it shortly after.. but it took another 30 more mins of waiting and finally got it and of course somehow it was a little cold. I dont think they liked me complaining after waiting so long so they made it take longer. Is it because its two notch, or just because its taco bell?

I like going to these one way better then the one in elgin where I live. Been going here for about a year now food is fresh. I had a great worker that works there these afternoon. Very patience and understanding she work at the drive through. And I order on app and the app was glitch. Wouldn't let me edit for no sour cream and cheese for bowl. And got up and ask if she could please redo my bowl order since my mom cant eat dairy she understood. And was patience and polite about it when some other restaurants would have a fit and roll there eyes etc. She acuallty like her job i see which I appreciate!. And the inside of taco bell here is very clean and other staff is friendly !.

Refuse to put out of product for food items then when you go to pick up your online order they tell you they don't have it and can't do a refund and want to argue about switching it out. Why would I want regular rice when I ordered the hot rice? The point of the 2 orders of hot rice and not regular was I wanted that specific item. Was allowed to order 3 items total that were out of product.

I'm not a fan but in a pinch I decided to stop and grab it since it was quick and close. I don't know if it's because I haven't had Taco Bell in a long time BUT they were surprisingly very tasty. Based off of this experience I'll try them again!

They are short on pennies today, so they charge you more...wow...they refuse to absorb the difference...4 cents gave you a bad review.

They never keep anything hot/spicy around for long. Introduce it, serve for a short period of time, then get rid of it.

We ordered 4 sides of steak to go with the other items I ordered for my 13-year-old to eat. Unlike the other Taco Bell locations, they used the smallest containers & only put like 3 pieces of steak in them. We ended u only getting about 25% of the steak the other locations had given us over the years. Also, the left out part of our order & it was too far to go back so we were just out of luck. Check your food before driving away from this location.

We ordered a crunch wrap supreme, black bean crunch wrap supreme with jalapeños, and a quesadilla. My husband had to repeat himself 4 times for the order (He has a very clear and loud voice), she repeated it back to us when we picked it up, gave us two crunch wrap supremes with no jalapeños. It’s not too far of a drive to go back. Super disappointing. It’s not a crazy order.
