We ordered a crunch wrap supreme, black bean crunch wrap supreme with jalapeños, and a quesadilla. My husband had to repeat himself 4 times for the order (He has a very clear and loud voice), she repeated it back to us when we picked it up, gave us two crunch wrap supremes with no jalapeños. It’s not too far of a drive to go back. Super disappointing. It’s not a crazy order.

First off they were out of lettuce second of all they prepared the Mexican pizza terrible I asked for extra onions didn't get those. Ask for hot and mild sauce I got four sauce packets for two tacos and one Mexican pizza. And the lemonade taste like somebody's hand lotion. All for $13 I guess they hand lotion taste was free.

I literally wish I could 10 star this place . This has been my best workday lunch spot. The prices are always reasonable, online ordering is easy, and this PARTICULAR LOCATION, is the friendliest drive thru I’ve ever been to every single time. I’m not sure of the girls name in particular who is always so awesome, she is always on drive through and was today May 16th around 12:30 i am so satisfied with the food , the price ,and the staff of this location. Thank you guys for all you do!! You guys never miss!!!!!

Poor management, got my order wrong, and they wouldn't compensate me for what I was missing, this place has always sucked, the wait is always 20-25 minutes long no matter the line, don't come here, go to the one on killian, this place is not worth the time.. some real change needs to happen.

Awful. I entered to find customer AVOIDANCE: Horrible kiosks with ordering screens. NO WAY. Bring back helpful EMPLOYEES that take orders instead of apologizing about having to lead you to input your order on a VERY unnecessary screen- -this is a
terrible corporate bungle !!! I can't
imagine returning unless they fix their dreadful mistake. Is Taco Bell going to full automation? I'm guessing now all Taco Bell employees may be an endangered species. GOOD LUCK.

The drive thru is awful. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. I place an order using the mobile app, get checked in, then get asked to pull over to the side and wait. I wait for about 15-20 minutes (even 45 minutes one time). In the meantime, between 5-10 cars order, get their food and leave. The only thing the employees say is "Im sorry" and hand me a coupon for a free taco. I probably have 20 coupons for all the mess ups they have had. That should tell you something..

Today I am very disappointed. I went to eat here on my lunch break today and ordered a discovery Luxe box. My loco taco was so cold the cheese never melted, my crunchy taco was just as cold. My two chicken dipping burritos were like warm. The had no mild sauce, no chipotle sauce for burritos. When I was handed my box I almost dropped everything because they didn’t close it or put it in a bag. I couldn’t return it because like I mentioned I was on my lunch break. Whoever was on drive thru today needs not to be there. She had a very “I don’t really care” attitude. If I could have got my money back for this I definitely would have and I would have spoke with manager. This was a waste of my lunch break, money and time. This store needs to get it together and level up.

My boyfriend went to get our food got there and it was not his order told the guy it wasn’t he got all annoyed then gave him our order, then didn’t have the sauce included but was told it was be 10 minutes for 1 sauce, then he saw a lady carrying someone else’s order out and the whole bag ripped and fell on the floor and she was about to just pick it up and put it in another bag but the manager stopped her, we were still missing a taco and the other workers walked outside to smoke weed. Overall don’t recommend but what else can I expect?…. Also there was only one woman in there actually doing anything. Maybe need a new manger and staff.
