The service is slow but that's due to a lack of dedicated workers. The person who took our order seemed to be the only person working drive-thru and front counter. But she made up for the lack of employees and did her very best to make sure our food came out correct and I'm a somewhat timely manner. I wish I would have gotten her name.
A lot of fast food restaurants today have lack in customer service skills. However, this restaurant and at this location, Mr. Diante have showed that his location customer is definitely number 1. He smiled and as I observed his relationships with other customers he was very polite and patient. As well as the other employees; bless, shaniqua, and Jordan they all were working together and in thier positions. Physically they were short staff shower they worked very well and Mr diante made sure that everyone was happy. I highly recommend that this gentlemen here be rewarded for great and Superior sportsmanship.

I visited Taco Bell real late that day. Absolutely ? NO 1 around. 1 vehicle was in line. So my husband headed straight for Taco Bell.The service was really good ?Minimal staff present.The crew just carried about they're duties; Very polite & offered us a great opportunity to enjoy that nights just, OMG ? I've been going to Taco Bell pretty much since I can remember.Everything about that ? night, just went so well. Never have I encountered a night / very early morning - THAT WAS AWESOME!!taco Bell on mcrays mill, newly built one.Everyone should take a take out order stroll to Taco Bell, close to Sumter High.Ty for considering what I've suggested! ?
