Frequent flyers at Taco Bell and most of the time service is at best ok. However the last two times visiting the Clemson rd Taco Bell, Sarah at the drive thru made the visits way better. The kindness at the window goes a long way in the entire interaction and she is above and beyond nice. We will continue to patronize this establishment as long as she is there.

Yo quero Taco Bell?? Dining room & Bathroom were super clean which was awesome! Lady that helped me at the counter and got me my food was fantastic as far as customer service goes so it was a fantastic experience!

$9 luxe chicken dippers box has TINY little rolled up burritos and costs more than the other stuff. How is it you take the same stuff on the menu and change the shape and charge more?

I have to preface this review by saying that initially 1 star would have been an overstatement. I had several problems with my delivery order (processed through DoorDash) starting with an extended time after pickup with no delivery, then a call from my “dasher” about being at the wrong address, and finally stolen items which were confirmed with differing pictures from myself and the manager onsite. Upon calling DoorDash (who took no blame) I was transferred to the Taco Bell that prepared my order. Kita was the manager that answered the phone, and after a minute of explaining the situation she told me to come to the store and she would remake my food. Given what I had just spent on delivery fees and tip I was frustrated to have to go pick up the food. When I arrived Kita was already on the phone with DoorDash about the situation, ultimately rectifying everything (all while still running a busy night shift). As someone that works in the customer service business, I cannot iterate enough how hard it is to get good employees. Kita is an absolute gem.

They female standing outside taking orders had my small order totally backwards so when I got to the window they had to remake my tacos. They did it ao fast I was astonished. The tacos weren't fully wrapped so when I pulled one out of the bag half of food spilled out. I understand rush hour is very busy and it's a race to get the orders out but it shouldn't be at the expense of quality service. In general if the fast food industry would slow down and get it right the first time, less customers would complain.

My soft taco was okay but the crunchy taco was not crunchy enough for me. The chips and cheese were crunchy though. I choose grilled chicken tacos to try to eat healthier. However, empanadas are back so I do plan to make another visit to get one. 😊
Terrible service! They can NEVER get an order correct. The only way it's worth spending money here, is if you go inside the store and then physically check your order before walking out the door. Even then you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Someone needs to do an overhaul on this location.

7 employees working, to busy on cellphones, running in and out of store. Several potential customers came in to eat but left without placing orders. Soda dispenser had no syrup in it only carbon and water was all over the floor in front of the counter at soda machine. Tables all needed a good wipe down. The Management and entire staff needs a good course on Hospitality, Cleanliness, and work ethics.
