Imagine after a long shift, you chose to spend your hard earned money at a supposed to be fast food company, and the food and service are both unacceptable. I spent 20 plus minutes waiting for the one car in front of me to get their food, ok that’s fine but then I get to the window. Receive my food and I’m missing an item and as soon as I let them know they get an attitude. I ordered large fries and the container isn’t even half full and their burnt, when I let my cashier know she gets her manager and she gives me a small fry and as I’m explaining what the problem is she states I gave you a small fry. The service is why u will never return to this establishment ever again.

I have never met anyone like Ms. Latorsha B at Taco Bell when I said rude and can’t hear rude and can’t hear. I tried calling so I can speak with a manager before I wrote this review but absolutely no one answered! I hate coming to this Taco Bell and this woman is a reason why I won’t be back! She repeated everything I asked for and didn’t not ring it up as she repeated it! I got to the window I got 1 soft taco instead of 2 and a regular taco instead of a Doritos Loco Taco! She then takes off after I told her the 2nd time my order was wrong she walked to the back put gloves on and made it. Didn’t wash her hands and didn’t apologize just walked away from the window! Okay for one ma am I didn’t make you work at Taco Bell you arent very nice unprofessional and DO NOT need to be working in customer service! The fact that all these restaurants want us to come spend our money! But don’t want to be nice or smile it’s not gonna hurt to be nice and smile! I will not be returning here ever and it’s right beside my house! Just SAD! Yall need to do better I’m sick of this

I was sadly very disappointed. When I lived in New York and Florida Taco Bell was my go to lunch and dinner place. However, I am currently in South Carolina and went to have lunch which is my usual hard hard tacos with hot sauce. Not sure if this is Taco Bell's norm across the board but the tacos I received had a surprisingly and disappointingly small amount of meat. In their defense, I haven't been to Taco Bell since I left Florida which is a year and a half ago but man when I tell you I was disappointed? I was shocked. From my memory a bite into a hard shell taco was a nice mix of shell,meat, lettuce, tomatoes cheese and sauce. This time I just tasted everything but meat. Maybe it was this location, maybe it's South Carolina, or maybe that's just the new norm in their portions of meat per taco. But when I say I was disappointed I can't stress that enough. Not going to give up on them just yet. I will try another location and in another state as I will be traveling soon but right now this gets a thumbs down👎🏽👎🏽

They suppse to be open until 2am. Every time I go there they already shut down the kitchen and cleaned up so they tell customers they closed.
Waited 30 minutes to get a mobile order that they just left sitting on the back counter the whole time without saying anything

Customer service was on point, but my food was warm at best, I go here a lot and this one instance will not deter me from going again, food is usually on point so one mishap does not cause me to go elsewhere, besides it's Columbia, Sc, on average I would rate ALL fast food restaurants in that area 2 stars at best.

This is worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered one single item and paid cash and made me wait so long and staff served other orders placed after mine and got pissed off by that. Had to ask them to refund me and still asking for time for refund. Left disappointed by unprofessional people. No apologies from anyone came from any lips including the manager on duty.
