We were the only ones in the drive thru. So we were in and out quick. Jacob H. @the window remembered us from last visit. Always so helpful and friendly. He laughs at my husband's Dad jokes. Which makes him so very happy. Food was hot and order correct. My son loves this place, eats there at least once a week. Keep up the great work Jacob you are awesome!

Went to this Taco Bell for the first time. This incident occurred on 7/13/2025, me and my kids don’t go inside to eat most of the time anywhere, and my kids enjoy going in. So I decided we could go inside to eat. (WORST CHOICE EVER!!) When we got our food after 15 minutes of waiting, We didn’t receive the cinnamon twists, or a drink cup.
So my boyfriend went to the counter to ask for the stuff we didn’t receive, he stood there for 10 minutes, while everyone looked at him, ignored him, the drive through girl standing there and was playing on her phone. He decided to sit down. So I go up and wait for another 10 minutes. He decided to walk up there he had to say “can I get some help??” The manager FINALLY comes over, she didn’t say a word except asking for the name on the order, my boyfriend says “it would be good to get some customer service” the lady says “what did you say very rudely and confrontational. He repeated himself. There was 2 other customers there that was also waiting forever on their food when he spoke up to get help the two other customers thanked him for speaking up because then they finally got their food …. 2 young men walk out, and kept staring at us. With rude faces, so my boyfriend and the 2 employees went back and fourth. One of them men said, “if you keep talking to me I’m gonna have to pull my gun out.” Then the 2 employees went outside. I was to scared to leave and go outside with my 2 children, I had to call 911 and have them on scene so I would feel safe to leave out of the Taco Bell. Never will visit here again. And maybe never any Taco Bell at that.
Don’t visit here unless you want to get threatened to get shot with a gun by the employees all because they couldn’t do the simple task of getting your order correctly.

They’ve disabled availability of the build your own luxe cravings box through the app, yet you go 7 minutes down the road to another location and you are able to order it. They have no interest in providing a good value to the customer!

I don’t know what going on today with the food but I was given my quesadilla all dumped into the bottom of the bag all torn up, then I get my crunch wrap out and it’s falling apart, not even fold correctly. It’s crazy that your serving food like this and the place wasn’t even busy…

The Harbison location always -- ALWAYS -- gets my order wrong, no matter how I spell it out to the employees. I'm disabled and don't drive, so I have to order delivery. My order -- usually bean burritos -- is very specific. Extra onions, extra red sauce, extra cheese. I even pay extra for extra cheese and never get it. More than once, they've left the cheese off completely. This place needs an overhaul in management and staff. Passage of a reading comprehension test should be required.

Every time I order here, something is wrong. It's a relatively new store and you still hire people that can't do their jobs correctly. Half of meals not sent if on door dash, orders get stolen, just so many problems! Especially with items missing....large parts of meals.
It's NOT hard! Read the ticket and double check the contents of the bags!
Not to mention they're always rude anytime I go there, especially if I have any type of issue with my order. It's like their screw up is such an inconvenience to them.

If I was THIS complacent in my job as a nurse, people would literally die!!

Very surprised and impressed with the ease of ordering and the quality of the food! I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in a long time so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Very friendly staff here too!

The workers are pleasant but it’s so important to start checking your bags and making sure everything is there. I did a mobile order & I was missing everything besides one item & the condiments. There wasn’t even a line to make a mistake like that’s pathetic.

This was just a normal Taco Bell but inside they had the air conditioning on super cold and even after mentioning it to two store employees they didn’t do anything and I was required to eat outside

I just went through the drive through and ordered 4 tacos and asked for 4 of each flavor of sauce packets because I like 1 of each flavor on my taco. Now mind you, I can go inside and grab a many as I want because they are out for you to grab yourself. But they proceeded to say they could only give me 2 because I didn't order that much. I said I would be happy to pay for them as I like 1 each of flavor in each taco and I got 4. At that point is when I seemed to start receiving an attitude and she just said pull around. Now, they did charge me and I did get all of my sauce packets, but when I pulled up I didn't get a how are you today or anything, just told me my price. I hand her my card she hands it back and hands me my food and doesn't say have a nice day or anything. I asked for my receipt, she proceeds to look through like 5 different receipts she had laid out on the counter to try and find mine, which should've been easy since I was the last transaction, but also, why do you have all of these receipts just sitting on the counter? She handed me mine and I said Thank you and she finally said something back, but again just bland. Customer service is just bad there. But why limit me through the drive through when I can just grab what I want from inside? Doesn't make sense.
