The workers are pleasant but it’s so important to start checking your bags and making sure everything is there. I did a mobile order & I was missing everything besides one item & the condiments. There wasn’t even a line to make a mistake like that’s pathetic.

This was just a normal Taco Bell but inside they had the air conditioning on super cold and even after mentioning it to two store employees they didn’t do anything and I was required to eat outside

I just went through the drive through and ordered 4 tacos and asked for 4 of each flavor of sauce packets because I like 1 of each flavor on my taco. Now mind you, I can go inside and grab a many as I want because they are out for you to grab yourself. But they proceeded to say they could only give me 2 because I didn't order that much. I said I would be happy to pay for them as I like 1 each of flavor in each taco and I got 4. At that point is when I seemed to start receiving an attitude and she just said pull around. Now, they did charge me and I did get all of my sauce packets, but when I pulled up I didn't get a how are you today or anything, just told me my price. I hand her my card she hands it back and hands me my food and doesn't say have a nice day or anything. I asked for my receipt, she proceeds to look through like 5 different receipts she had laid out on the counter to try and find mine, which should've been easy since I was the last transaction, but also, why do you have all of these receipts just sitting on the counter? She handed me mine and I said Thank you and she finally said something back, but again just bland. Customer service is just bad there. But why limit me through the drive through when I can just grab what I want from inside? Doesn't make sense.

I should have known. It's been a few years since I visited this location but nothing has changed. Didn't check my taco till I got home. It was cold and wet. Never again.

The black bean crunchwrap supreme had very little black beans on it. When asked about it, the person who made it said she put them on there, but see the photo, and no offer to put more, but that's customer service these days. Lacking. Also had to ask for my guacamole cup, which I ordered and was not on my tray. And why the double shell taco? I never knew it came that way. A few employees evidently need training in customer relations and how to make menu items with detail. Then, some of the employees want to gather in the lobby to chat about personal and work related issues when there are no customers in the lobby, except me. 6:15 pm. I will not be returning to this location.

Service sucks! My tacos are always skimp. They give you light beef, light cheese, light lettuce and too much cheese sauce, seems like they don't give a damn that your paying 12 dollars for 3 tacos. Below basic because I'm not even getting what I pay for when I come here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. GO ELSEWHERE.

I order the chicken Chalupa combo.12.85. I sit down for a late night meal. I opened the bag and none of the items I ordered are inside.This was late night so I saved the oder to return the next day. I called and the manager placed me on hold.after 7mins. I hung the phone up.I think this was very rude. I can honestly say,I will not be returning there ever again.You guys have forgotten about customer service. This is a MOST.

I work in the restaurant industry and I understand it's late but you'll give out food that looks and tastes bad is just plain insane. Two of the tacos were just tossed halfway together. I had a few stackers too but I don't know how they look, so I can complain about them. The meat was cold too. Drive thru service was friendly but for you to give someone something like that isn't really good service overall.
But lesson learned I'm sit right at the window and check each taco before I move . Waste my time and money so I'm do the same.

Wasn’t getting food but was doordashing with my friend. We pulled in and there was a lady and a man working, the lady saw us and signed no to us, so we went to the drive through. She then took her headphones off and there was silence. We eventually decided to just go to the window. The other worker eventually saw us and told her. She came up and still had her headphones off, but was obviously angry. She said the door dash had already been taken by someone else, but that still doesn’t even explain everything up to the point of us telling her it was for door dash. I’ve never been so confused on what was happening while getting food so idk. It’s 10:12 and they have now turned their lights off(we drove past). It says they close at 2AM so I’m so confused?.
