Taco Bell just employees just don't l ow how to make a Buritto Supreme. More or less made like big bean taco and missing a lot of ingredients. Can't taste the tomatoes, beef or lettuce

Got to the window and asked what sauce came on the new crunchy cantina taco, lady said "I did not hear what you said" in a rude tone, I repeated the question and she said the avacado salsa. I said great, can I get two and a spicy potato soft taco. Got to the window and they gave me a bag with 3 soft tacos. I said it was wrong, can they remake it. Lady was rude and said I didn't ask for the crunchy, I asked for the soft. I politely disagreed and asked if they could please remake the two cantina tacos as crunchy. She huffed and puffed, closed the door on me and told the kitchen staff to remake the two tacos. I heard the rest of her tantrum through the window as she continued to talk about how that's not what I ordered, I'm messing up the whole line, it's not her fault, I should have just left with what I got, blah blah blah. When they were done, she shoved the bag out the window. I said thank you. She slammed the door in my face and I left. Once I opened the bag, both tacos were horribly made, scant and both were burnt to hell on what one side had cheese on it. The other was smashed to bits. All this bc I asked for crunchy tacos. The potato taco didnt have sauce on it either. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.

Food literally smelled and tasted like vomit. It was disgusting. Only time I have ever brought food back in my life. When I brought my food back inside the store to inform them, the lady just said it's the spicy sauce. I've been going to Taco Bell since 1965 (I'm from So. Calif.) and I have never tasted anything so bad. On top of all of this, the gal forgot me at the counter for about 7 mins. I saw her face when she saw me and realized she had messed up. This 60-year customer has had enough.

This place is awful. Twice I have been here where they have little to no ingredients. When you go in to pick up food it takes 5 minutes for anyone to notice anyone has even walked in they are so busy talking in the back. If you order online you won't know until you go to pick up your food they can't make 80% of it and they do not care. Then you have to spend your time calling the 800 number which is the only way to get a refund. I am at ten minutes and counting at this point...
ordered online but was later informed that they were out of almost everything we ordered and we weren’t able to cancel our order so we were stuck with barely any of the food we ordered and half of it wasn’t even made correctly.
