We sat at the bar and had to have the seats and bar wiped off. It took a while for the bartender to acknowledge us which I had to ask a question first after that she was very friendly. It took a long time for our food and when we got it the food was warm not hot. It wasn’t that busy. We ordered the shrimp stir fry and the chicken stir fry. There were more vegetables than anything. I was not impressed.

We often eat here while visiting our daughter. I think the East meets West cuisine is fabulous. .I personally like the taquito rolls, but our son loves the Susan roll!

Ordered delivery through doordash. $80 worth of sushi. Not a single roll came with the described toppings. Every roll had no sauces and was completely unfinished. They also completely forgot an entire roll.

Really great spot. Usually I'm going out for brunch on the weekend but we decided on takosushi for lunch and had a great meal. I love the variety of choices on the menu. The miso soup alone was bomb.

The service needs work, everything was super slow. We ate the whole appetizer before our drinks came and there were probably 3 other tables in the whole restaurant. I would hate to see it on a busy night, but my drink was good so at least it was semi worth the wait for that. Fries came out cold, tacos were bland, not a good experience over all
2nd visit to this new location in the arcade mall and, sadly, it’s likely our last. the 1st time we sat at the bar, and mari provided excellent service— it was a saturday night and extremely busy. it took a long time to get our food, but she was attentive and it was a pleasant experience overall. this last visit was… the complete opposite. our server, chloe, went missing and we wanted to order one last drink before they started prepping to close. for context, this was before 8pm on a week night. there were 3 tables, including us(meaning, they weren’t busy). we stop aariona as there was no one at the bar or in our section to ask. very condescendingly she replies, “i’m not your server” with a look of contempt. she was clearly implying that we had her confused with the other server, and wanted us to feel uncomfortable for it. we have worked in the food service industry for a long time, and her facial expression and tone said it all. she could’ve said, “ok, i’ll let your server/the bartender know”. everyone in this industry has experienced tables that aren’t theirs asking for refills. for a $100 meal, excluding tip, this was a new level of bad.

We gave this place two tries but won't be back. Staff is nice and it is clean. I ordered a tempura shrimp roll. It was small and cold. Usually a tempura roll is freshly cooked and warm. It had obviously been made yesterday and sat in the fridge all night. It was expensive so not worth the high price. My husband's roll was also small and was just okay.

Sushi was great. Food was bland and pricey. I ordered a 10oz steak with sides of rice and beans. No flavor to anything on the plate. It took an hour and 30 min to get our food. Waitress apologized like 3 times. The restroom had to have a code to enter and waitress could have told us. Very tight space.
