Horrible service. From the 2 inexperienced hosts to the rude and disrespectful manager Andrew B. As a manager he sets a horrible example. Not only was my family and I treated poorly, we waited over an hour for tables, only for the table and service to be later refused along w/ a request for a specific server even though multiple tables were available throughout the restaurant. I'll never order from this restaurant again. Extremely poor quality food. My steak was so overcooked I could use it to re-sole a shoe! His ribs were also overcooked and dry, even after being encased in BBQ sauce.
We paid our bills but the waiter never brought change back. When we asked him, he said he thought he should keep the change, which was $25 & $5. Ugh!
