Horrible service. From the 2 inexperienced hosts to the rude and disrespectful manager Andrew B. As a manager he sets a horrible example. Not only was my family and I treated poorly, we waited over an hour for tables, only for the table and service to be later refused along w/ a request for a specific server even though multiple tables were available throughout the restaurant. Being a party we wanted to eat and have the checks together but were not given the chance. The staff made us stand in the lobby IN FRONT OF THE HOST. No updates, No solutions, apologies or anything were made and half the guest left due to the behavior of the staff and service. While they just giggled and stood there. As a customer service manager myself, with a family of veterans and kids this was unacceptable! If I could say ZERO stars I would. Corporate has also been contacted.

Food is great, atmosphere is great, server and manager welcoming and attentive. However, no paper receipt was offered and Kiosk did not detail statement and only an email receipt was available. Once home I viewed my emailed receipt and noticed a charge of $1.99 for Kiosk Premium cont!! What the heck is that? I never touched the Kiosk because the server “so graciously” offered to scan my card. If we’re going to be scammed like this every time we visit this establishment we’ll find a different favorite restaurant.

It use to be so good, but the last two times I’ve been the tables and seats weren’t wiped down from the previous guests, with food being still in the seat both times. The last time was horrible. We ordered an appetizer (cheese fries) which we didn’t receive until after we had our entrees. The cheese fries had egg thrown all under the melted cheese, and the steak was burnt (which they did recook). I also ordered a drink (Jamaican cowboy) that wasn’t correct and when it was mentioned to the waitress she ensured me that I was wrong and had received the right drink. When I paid the bill though, lo and behold she had keyed in a margarita. Hopefully management can get it together.

Very good they got us in. We called ahead. Food was great service was great too.
What was supposed to be a simple lunch was a disaster. I knew it would be busy, always is at this location. Checked in and was told it would be 15min. I was asked for my phone number which I didn't have as I explained to the hostess Alivia, who in turn rolled her eyes and asked us to wait in the foyer. 20min came and went and so did several other customers who came in after us. As I asked what the deal was she asked again about the number. Once seated no rolls were provided, plates given were wet and still and food stuck to them. 10 min passed before the waitress ever came. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks came with straws that appeared to have been cut and were submerged. Which means someone's hands clean or not put them there. We were told they ran out of straws in paper. Upon receiving our casear salads one had egg yolk on it and the other had dried food stuck to the dish. Politely asked the server to cancel our orders and left. Busy or not terrible place.

Food was good but not wonderful. Had to wait about a hour to be seated. The music was really loud and my husband's drink order wasn't right. Might try to go again at another time but never again on a Saturday night. The catcus blossom was great and the rolls with cinnamon butter! We did take home some rolls to eat later.
