went last evening for dinner. seated promptly. server very nice. took 45 min to get order to the table. ordered prime bib mrd rate. was not fresh but warmed over. was a end cut and well done. it was replaced was better but still not fresh cooked that day. my wife ate while I waited as her meal was cool when it came and was getting cooler. It probably sat in the window. its obvious that the kitchen is to small to serve the restaurant and the take out window. I also object to all the reserved parking for take out and eat in customer walks 300 yards to the door. why do they get special care. I spent as much or more . we came early as well. 4:30 pm. Need more staff and a double kitchen id you want to do take out. or close the dinning room and do just take out. cost was acceptable.

Did the text ahead and got the alert to come in only to wait another 20mins to be seated. When we got seated there was no bread available - this is a basic thing roadhouse offers and continues to miss the mark on. Service was poor as well as attitude of staff. It use to be so wonderful coming here in the past.

Good food. However my husband's steak was not warm. He choose not to send it back. I sent mine back for a different piece. Also I had to report one of the bathroom stalls wat totally out of toilet paper. Of course that was the one I chose. Otherwise it looked clean. Restaurant music a little too loud.

This was a birthday dinner with my family the waitress was fabulous very attentive but not overboard. food was good .a little crowded for a Wednesday night but not a long wait to be seated. Will definitely return.

My hamburger steak was very greasy, and the cooks don't follow instructions on prep by waitress and don't know how to prepare a medium rare steak. Also, staff turned up the background music way too loud and ignored requests to lower it.Was seated promptly and server was excellent

Was really busy when we went but we got a table and service very quickly. Server was good and very friendly. I got a filet and it was to die for. Never been disappointed here and will definitely be back.

The waitress was awesome. But the host was not. We had a 1 hour wait. Not a problem because it was busy. But then when we got the text that they were ready for us. We went inside and had to wait for another half hour for them to so call clean the table that people were still sitting and eating at. So we ended up having to wait an hour and a half before being seated. Very disappointed that the host lied saying that after being inside for 20 minutes that the hold up was them cleaning the table when in actuality the people were still eating.

I used to enjoy coming to Texas Roadhouse, but this visit really sealed how far downhill this place has been going. The service overall has been steadily declining for quite some time, and this experience was no exception. Long waits, disorganization, and a general sense that no one was in a hurry to help made the entire meal frustrating from start to finish.

Food quality felt rushed and careless, like the focus has shifted from actually serving customers to just turning tables as fast as possible. It’s disappointing to see a place that once had a solid reputation now operate with such a lack of consistency and attention.

The sole redeeming factor of the entire experience was our waitress, Leah. She was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of, despite the obvious chaos around her. If everyone else worked with even half her effort and professionalism, this place might still be worth visiting.

Unfortunately, Leah can’t make up for the overall decline. Until serious changes are made, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The food is pretty good. They did get our steak orders correct but the service and seating is always ridiculous. My experience is always been unsatisfactory. The service staff make lots of mistakes and getting a beverage is pretty much impossible. A second beverage would take a miracle..
I use a cane to walk and maneuvering through to get to your seat is very tricky. There is no way a wheelchair could get through. I would be surprised if the seating space is legal. They do not offer a pleasant eating experience. Improvements are definitely needed.
