Check in online then let them when you are there so the wait isn’t as long. Food was very good; steak cooked to perfection. Needed more wait staff as the place was packed on a weekday. Honestly super disappointed with coming here. I’ve been to many Texas Roadhouses and this one was by far the worst.Service was not great. Chicken fried chicken was good but the sides were not. Couldn’t get rolls or the heavenly cinnamon butter to save my life.I was there for 1.5hrs at minimum. I ate by myself.They made a mistake on the bill and having them correct it took 30+ minutes.It’s sad when CUSTOMERS saw me waiting for so long (even after telling the waitstaff about the issue they still didn’t come and take care of it), the customer apologized and said he knows I’ve been waiting for awhile and hopes they come soon.Such a disappointment.

Busy place. Glad we made reservations. Food was ok. I got the streak and chicken tenders. The food came out fast. But I don't understand the hype of this place. Just a regular country restaurant.

Found a black hair in my daughters Mac n cheese. When I called the restaurant to let them know, the manager Alexis said she will email me a complimentary meal for our inconvenience. I never received the email. I called the next morning to talk to another female manager and she said that she will email me a complimentary meal. She put me on hold for 30 mins and never came back to the phone. I still never received the email. The management is not professional with the follow-up with what they say they will do.

Got sat down pretty quickly. Food was good but steak could have been better. The steak had too much fat on it.. Ordered it medium but it was cooked more than that but we ate it anyway. Waitress was good & quick. We still like eating here.
