The Baked Potato Factory

Got home and realized I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the Nacho potato which came with ground beef, corn salsa, onions and peppers and cheddar cheese sauce. The potato I got had Philly meat, which was tough and chewy, cheddar cheese sauce, peppers and onions and jalapenos. I had heard nothing but great things about this place but my experience was a disappointment.

Sadly this will end up being another closed small business. I hope they can change and survive because the food is good. Let’s start with walking in zero greeting, zero smiles or personality from the employees. The place is hot ? on the inside so eating in plan was quickly changed. Placed the order with the absolutely not friendly lady at the register. No sweet tea and get this no ice lol ? the lids for the cups maybe four were scattered into the holder. Had to use the bathroom and it was fairly clean other than the dead roach on the floor. I wish small businesses like this would survive and do better but it seems that workers don’t care much about anything anymore and just want you to give them money and leave. Sorry I doubt we will be back. AND THE NO REFUNDS SIGN IS A NICE TOUCH LOL ? This has got to be one of the most ghetto places I’ve ever tried to eat.

I used to love this place, but the quality of the food has declined drastically. Today, I ordered a build-your-own potato, and while eating it, I bit into a rotten piece. It was disgusting! The overall quality of the restaurant has diminished over the past year, and the customer service is now mediocre. I'm very disappointed, and this will be my last time eating here.

So So So So So So Fn good. i dont know nor do i care how this place got a 3.4, but its fn really good. The cookie was small for a $3 cookie and we got a small serving of Peach Cobbler for $6.. other than that, flawless.

I just ordered a potato with the brisket and let me tell you they are great!
Well worth the visit and truly ran by some wonderful local family Ladies!
I am a food coinsure so believe me when I leave a review it is worth it because I do not leave reviews much.
Thank you for having a place that is unique and different from the normal.
To the review complaining about price, you didn't have to eat there! You really should support your locally family owned operation and not the big chain franchise places that are trying to run the small guy out of business.

I have one question...Who Is Cooking These Nasty behind POTATOES?? My family of 5 came here and order 5 different potatoes and they ALL went in the trash. After taking the first bite, it felt like garbage was in my mouth. The total cost with everything was around $104.00 bc we ordered some extra toppings. Their prices are way too high but we are foodies and don't mind paying for good food especially when it's good but in this case, The Potato Factory on Two Notch is NOT good at all. It's a big NO for us and we won't be back.

I like the food but service needs work! The prices are too high especially when you charging customers for butter and sour cream, I find that extremely ridiculous. Those are basic items for potatoes. Paying $17-$20 for a potato them $1.00 for butter and $1.00 for sour cream and then it’s a small packet of sour cream is a rip off, tbh. Do better and value customers more!!!

Just found out about this place. Food was really good. Created my own potato and it was sooooo good. The size is very filling so you don't have to worry about leaving hungry.
