Food was delicious, decor was fun. Open and spacious. Bummed it took so long. It was a very lengthy event but staff was super friendly and professional. Only wish they were not masked. So difficult to hear and lip read when loud and noisy.

Decent place, seemed understaffed and people didn't know what they were doing. Took like 30-45 minutes to get our food after ordering. People seemed new. Overall, decent experience. Food was good, portions weren't great though.

So this is the 2nd time I went here and I did not think it was possible but it was worse than the first!Let's start with the sides: Fried Corn was disgusting! It's breading was super soggy and falling off.The shrimp: WOW..... poor.... the shrimp were old and tasted bad. They would literally fall apart while I was peeling them.Deviled eggs: the filling was liquidy and needed more salt. The shrimp on there was better than the steamed pound that I had.This food literally made me sick to my stomach!!!

Wanted to try this restaurant after visiting Inakaya (a Japanese spot a couple of doors down). Went a couple of days later, and was told that they only accept orders online. The online ordering process is pretty complex, lol. First you place the order, then you get notified about whether or not your order was accepted. When you're denied, it's probably because they're sold out of the dish. If you're denied, you have to restart the online ordering process. The website doesn't update about what things are sold out. In the event that you're lucky and you get what you want, they call you to confirm. In turn, you send your money via cashapp or some other app that they accept payment from. I ended up getting an oyster po' boy and the "sock it to me" rice. Not my first choices but whatevs. The po' boy was fire, but it did have a lotttt of bread. I ended up not eating all the bread. The rice was ok. Something was off with the seasoning and the shrimp. Needed more seasoning, shrimp were over-cooked. If I went back to this restaurant, I wouldn't think to myself, "man I have to get the rice again". The service was good. They were nice enough. I would go back, but only if I could get the things I really wanted to try.

The food truck was parked outside of Sam’s Club. We ordered our crab and shrimp tray after we shopped because, based on our experience with food trucks, they’re usually pretty quick at getting food out. After almost an hour of waiting in our car with no call, I asked the cashier when our order would be ready. After walking away without saying anything to us, she comes back and said it was placed at 1:22 (only 20 minutes prior), and there were still eight orders ahead of ours. About five minutes later, we got the call that our food was ready. The receipt said our order was placed at 12:53, so I’m not sure why the cashier lied to us. The amount of food we got for the price wasn’t a lot, but we were willing to splurge if it was good food. The shrimp was overcooked, and the seasoning was just okay. Overall, not a good experience. Over an hour wait for a food truck blows my mind.

Very poor customer service by. the young lady up front.she clearly needs a new profession and doesn't have to be so rude. Have to dispute charge with my bank after being double charged. Customer service is everything and see needs a course. Jus rude for nothing and this food taste nthn like other locations. I was indeed charged twice and had to call my bank to dispute both charges due to lack of overpayment. Listen to your customers sumtimes without a trying to be so rude all the time. Your response explains my point of rude and how u guys need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Yes I was charged twice but it’s fine because both charges were refunded by my bank.

Just left the crab shak and I ordered the sampler with extra corn for $22 (cluster, 10 shrimp, corn, potato and sausage). Literally just got home to realize I was only given 2 clusters and nothing else. When I tried to contact the restaurant, it was going straight to voicemail.

I knew that when I walked in & the lady did not greet or even ask how could she help that I should have turned & walked out. I specifically asked for a garlic snow crab combo. On top of terrible service, the food was disgusting. No garlic sauce only old bay seasoning & butter, the egg & corn was old, literally the egg yoke was dark green, so old that I had to trash it w the sausage. Very disappointed! $31.81 wasted. Remember there is competition all over Columbia, next time I’ll take the drive. Great customer service keeps guests coming back even if the food quality is poor, not in this case, both failed.

Tough Customer

This Place is amazing, I have been to multiple locations and I have never had a bad experience with them. Staff is always nice and the food is always amazing❤️. I attempted to go to the juicy crab the night before because m-f they close a little earlier at 7 I was so upset I paid more and wasn't satisfied I had to come to the crab shack the next day to satisfy my tastebuds. Thank you guys for your great food and service!

Soo I’ve been to this establishment 3 or 4 times asking for the seafood pasta. For 3 months straight they told me I couldn’t order it. I was very disappointed but I would continue to order and get the seafood pasta instead. The last time I went which was today I just went ahead and ordered the pasta and it made me gag. The noodles were sticking together, the whole dish was dry, and it wasn’t seasoned AT ALL. I tried to call and get my order fixed but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed... I will not be returning.

I met the food truck for the first time last week and order a dish which I enjoyed so much. So I decided to call the main restaurant to place an order for curbside pickup but I was told they don't take phone orders. I drove for 20 mins to the restaurant place an order for the same dish I had from their food truck and I was so disappointed. The food had a stinking smell like it was made from a rotten seafood. I had to trash it to go get something else to eat. The 3 stars were for the experience I had with the food truck.
