Nice atmosphere. Live music. Small bowling area. Small menu. Food was good. We had burgers, broasted chicken and a chicken quesadilla for entrees and an appetizer of wings. Appetizer menu is lacking. Waitress was nice but did not check back often. We ran out of drinks a couple of times. The robots that zoom around delivering food was entertaining. Fun place to try.
Parking: Parking was a nightmare.

Expectations! Keep them low! The fact it has a bowling alley, and linen napkins, along with cozy quaint booths, gives you a false impression. We were sat in the bar side, while a party was happening! It was overwhelmingly loud, then add a robot singing happy birthday and delivering your food. We expected a quite nice dinner for two and we got a Chuckie Cheese atmosphere! The bowling alley was not as loud! It needs to serve other items than what is on the menu, food does not match the atmosphere. Banana pudding was gross! Beware of expectations before going, nothing Grand!

Worst customer service ever! Got to the restaurant around 7:20, they lost my order. 9:32 my food still wasn't brought to me. I highly recommend anyone to never come inside this establishment ever again trying to order food.

Update: 2.27.25 This is still one of my fave restaurants but I wish they would replace/reupholster the cushions in the booths. You sink all the way down so I have to sit on the thrown pillows. OAN..the wings were AMAZING. Hot, fresh and had the perfect amount of seasoning. Please don’t change the recipe! 🤤
*Don’t judge me* I was 2 months ago years old when I discovered I liked collard greens and I have to thank this place for that! I tried them with the goat cheese salmon dish and it’s been my go to dish a couple times since then. I’ve heard the shrimp and grits are really good as well. Service is also pretty good. I’ve only experienced one server that seems like she doesn’t want to be there.

I don’t see how this place even has a 4.2 the brunch menu have very FEW choices. The bartender gave us a very small glass of orange juice with a bottle of champagne for mimosas. I ordered boneless chicken and fries. They brought fries out first that were cold by the way. Overall food was cold. Bartender had an ear here or not attitude. The vibe overalll was ok. This is my second time coming here but will not return or recommend. They lady that brought my food out was nice

I went in there with my family Joanna in the front and the girl with the blonde hair is very racist they both used profanity telling me to get out because I asked how long was the wait. They made us stand there for 30 mins but sat other Plp before us. Joanna communication skills are horrible and I will be calling OSA on both of them.

The bowling was poor in quality. No oil on the boards. Limited ball and shoe selection, no oil on the lanes and you can’t slide on the floor. Fun if with friends and don’t care but if you want quality bowling, go to an actual alley.
First time here tonight was told by the hostess it would be a 25 minute wait and to have a seat at the bar until they get a table ready. Meanwhile the restaurant is almost empty except for folks at the bar and going bowling. We sit at the bar and Nick who make wonderful margaritas by the way made our drinks was super friendly and did I say make an AWSOME margarita. So a hour later still not been seated my husband go ask the hostess and she tells him we are to be seated next, she then tries to sit us at a table by the door that has been OPEN THE WHOLE HOUR WE SAT AT THE BAR waiting to be seated! I asked to speak to the manager and inform him of what happened and he tells me that yea they don’t usually use those tables to sit people but because all the tables are full ( which was not) that’s their only option to sit us because of reservations, so I proceededi to ask him then why wasn’t we told that an hour ago and he said oh he don’t know. His attitude was non nonchalant as if he didn’t care about the issue we had it really made me realize then this is not a place that I need to spend my money at! So after waiting for an hour not giving a great explanation on why we sat at the bar for an hour just to be offered a table at the door that they use for people waiting to be seated WE LEFT! No food just water and Margarita an hour later. Very poor customer service on the hostess part and the manager part because there was no other accommodations offered and the manager attitude about the whole situation was very unprofessional to call himself a manager!! Will never back! whole experience was not a pleasing one sadly!

I have had bad food and overpriced food. But never at the same time. Going with friends Christmas day at 3:30. Friends made reservations. I expected a set menu but this was ridiculous. Ham, collards, mashed potatoes and gouda Mac and cheese. No substitution no second helpings. Choice of only two sides. Dessert tray. Dismal. My friends were embarrassed. Should have gone to Lizards Thicket. Service was dismal and no one was in the dining room. Nothing but craft beer. I was a waitress in college and I know how it works. Requested salt and pepper which came 6 minutes after request. Had to search for server to get bill. If you have lots of money and love bad food, this is the place for you.

My husband and I went for NYE because it was my birthday and I really wanted to go The Grand. My husband paid $35 for us to get in and I don't understand why because nothing was offered for that $35. Then we ordered food. We ordered the catfish bites, BBQ wings and waffle fries for a GRAND TOTAL OF $73. They never sent him a text message to let us know the food was ready. We patiently waited over a hour and my husband went to check on the food. He was told if no one sent him a text then it wasn't ready. After 30 more minutes when people were getting food that came in after us he went back to the bar and was told the same thing again and then he saw our food. It was ice cold and had been sitting there over a hour. He asked to speak to a manager and complained about everything and asked if they could remake our food. The manager complained that he was put in that position and didn't even want to be there. They ended up remaking our food and by the time it came out to us it was cold again but we were hungry so we ate it and then left and went outside to celebrate the rest of my birthday. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at an establishment and I can promise you we will not be back. It was just awful.
