My best friend and I celebrated our birthday dinner at The Hollow, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had. We decided to go big and ordered the elk, and bison tomahawk, and it was absolutely incredible. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and rich with flavor.
Our server, Michael, made the evening even better. He was attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely warm. He made sure every detail of our celebration felt special, and checking in at the right moments.
It was a perfect night. delicious food, wonderful service, and a great atmosphere to celebrate our birthday together. We’ll definitely be back.

Our dining experience was great overall! Loved the setting. Michael did a great job as our waiter! The alligator bites appetizer was perfectly prepped -crunchy and tasty. Our lamb chops were tender and perfectly cooked with the haricot verts and fingerling potatoes perfectly prepared and seasoned! Our beast burgers were a little dry and a little too rare but great flavor. The tri-fries were tasty but room temperature- would have been great if they came out hot. Overall cost is a little high but it’s truly quality food, great service and cozy ambiance. We recommend y’all give it a try!
