This evening, my family and I had a delightful experience at The Hollow, enjoying its exquisite food, charming atmosphere, and attentive staff.
I regret not snapping a photo of the vibrant salad topped with Yellow Biquinho Chile Peppers and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. The Truffle Tri Fries served as an appetizer were also a hit, quickly devoured by my family—they were absolutely scrumptious!

I attended a birthday party in one of the private rooms at this venue. I was a little concerned about the food as this is establishment is billed as a wild game style restaurant. However the food blew us all away!
Unfortunately the service left a little be desired, to be fair we were a rather large party of around 15 people. It took several hours for us to get appetizers, drinks, and food. Additionally our waiter did not have a very large knowledge of the alcohol selections...

If I could give everything 10 star I would! The service was absolutely amazing!

The food here tops them all! It’s also reasonably priced however, as delicious as the food is, price doesn’t even matter!
