Great food every time I go get my hair done next door I go get some food !
When I travel, I look for smaller restaurants that aren’t part of a chain. I really enjoyed the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and good food. (I was in the mood for some eggs and grits! They did not disappoint.) I might live in Virginia, but I’ll be back when I can. 😊
Love the cheeseburger quesadillas and of course the Carolina balls!!!!

The Living Room Cafe SC is a cozy, warm, and inviting restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The food is homemade, delicious, and excellent. Menu highlights include the salmon quesadilla with amazing sauce, a huge hand-pattied pressed cheeseburger, and the steak chop sandwich which is reminiscent of a traditional Philly. The onion rings, sliced thin and fried to perfection, are repeatedly called the best. Other noted items are the scrambled eggs and cheese, pancakes, the omelet, the pancake breakfast sandwich, Mac and cheese bites packed with cheese, and the Carolina Balls with Carolina gold sauce. The poor man's breakfast is noted as absurdly reasonably priced. Service is great, excellent, and pleasant. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxed. It is considered a rare gem and is highly recommended for a homemade breakfast or lunch.
