The food and service is always on point! Our server this round was Conner who made our evening so much fun and enjoyable. I love a server that is personal and has a great sense of humor! If you get Conner as your service you will have a blast! Thank you for going above and beyond!!

The food was excellent as usual. The service was terrible. Our waiter did not know how to handle several tables at once. We were there for over 2 1:2 hours and was just served the main course!

We went here to celebrate a friend's anniversary. They provided a card , signed by the staff and that impressed our friends. The service was great and the staff went out of their way to take care of us. The food was good and the let you take food you don't eat to go!

We come to the Melting Pot pretty often! Tonight, Jalen was our server and he was hands down one of the best servers we've had. He listened to what we asked for, brought everything out on time, drinks were never empty, and was very interactive. Hope to have him as our server again in the future! :)

Can only afford to go about once a year, they were very good with handling my wife's egg allergy, very impressed with their attention to detail.

Love the Fondue experience. Went after the holiday to enjoy a restful meal and were able to walk-in but definitely recommend a reservation. Food selection was fantastic and service was great.

Overall, the experience was very bad. The cheese sauce to start was awful. The bread and vegetables brought over to the table were cut far in advance and completely dried out and stale. The quality of meat and fish was substandard. The mojos sauce was absolutely horrible. The salad was okay. The dessert was shameful. If you want to waste your money and have a really bad date night. Go to the melting pot
And, whoever gives this so called restaurant a decent review, you can bet they have NO standards and know nothing about a quality meal.

Went for New Years Eve the restaurant was so busy the GM Michaela took over our table as the server. She was very attentive and helpful and made sure we had a great meal. We’ll return after having such great service.
