Traveled to South Carolina for the first time for my grandson’s graduation from the National Guard.

This establishment did not disappoint. The food, atmosphere and the service is outstanding.

A big shout out to our server AJ. She was absolutely amazing and took great care of us.

I went for a pickup. The vibe was nice. But the food was I can’t even say. I’m so mad. Potatoes loaded with pepper, the Mac and cheese was very soupy, the lamb chops was too tough especially for the price. Highly upset. Oh and customer service was just as disgusting as the food. She handed me my food then continued her conversation as if was interrupting her. Never AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I visited Concept back in February with a couple of my coworkers. Overall the experience was pretty cool and I enjoyed the vibes. I think that the music could be turned down some because it was a little difficult engaging in conversation with my colleagues due to the volume. The food was decent (ordered chicken tenders with fries) and the bartender was attentive and nice! I'll definitely visit again!

We had a reservation that was recommended online to get for this “fine dining” establishment however when we walked in at our reservation time, we advised the server; she never asked our name, assuming because there was literally only 5 people at the bar and two people seated at a table. We were sat immediately and the hostess was nice enough gave us a menu and left. As soon as we sat down the volume of the music substantially got louder so even talking to my date was almost impossible. After waiting 20 minutes, not even being acknowledged by literally anyone as everyone working was either behind the bar and the hostess disappeared and whoever the waitress was never came to our table once.

We were happy to try this place and spend our money and support a local business and enjoy the atmosphere but it was very apparent they did not want our business, unsure if because we did not fit the vibe or aesthetic but they definitely had zero care that they loss a substantial amount of money as we were celebrating a birthday, a night they wasted extensive amounts of time of ours and now will receive zero recommendations; negative reviews and low ratings on all outlets.

This place deserves a 0 and even a negative number, but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow that, even when it’s rightfully deserved.

Me and my cousin went here for the first time last night. It's a great vibe as far as the looks of bar. We got a table right in front of the bar and instantly noticed that the bartender had a group of friends there. Our waitress brought us water and disappeared. The bartenders paid more attention to the group at the bar. Over 30 min no one came to take our order my cousin had to walk up to bar and ask. Bartender taking shots with the group and walking to other groups. This establishment doesn't welcome new faces. They care about the regulars which are probably friends. Our waitress walked past our table 5 times never took a order for food or drinks. Before this when my cousin finally got the drinks a random worker walked up like she was tryna steal them. But she ordered them the bartender gave her drinks then went back to group of friends. Music is loud as hell but they had all the right tunes flowing. If you want to be ignored and feel unwelcomed go to Concept bc they will do that for you. Other then that I dont recommend not worth it for the rudeness. Atp where is the manager or owner bc these reviews have gotten lower and lower.

Never Again. These people lack customer service. And the two women that I attached had everything to do with my horrible experience. It’s sad to go to a Black owned business and try to support and then in return get no type of respect.. from walking in the establishment, the host was very friendly walked us to the table and the waitress then brought water and said that she will return. The waitress NEVER RETURNED.We tried to get her attention, and she kept passing us by, side eying us like our money didn’t matter. I have Never experienced this level of Rudeness and Ignorance. It seems like they care more about their regulars and catering to them opposed to allowing new people to have a good experience. The light skin bartender with the braids, absolutely beautiful woman, but attitude is trash, her customer service is the worse. Because my server did not return to the table I had to get up and go to the bar myself. No, I did not pay at the bar. I sat back down at my booth right in front of the bar so I was not trying to leave. she did not have to come to my table and demand that I pay the bartender as if I was never gonna pay him so I said well where is my server? Can you find her? She didn’t care about finding the server for me but demanded I pay for the drink. Learn how to talk to people. I will never return nor Recommend this place. Black people DO BETTER!!

Ordered a simple Caesar salad.....these folks gave me old dried out chicken. I'll pass.....probably won't return, definitely better chicken salads throughout the city, cheaper too. Doesn't even take long to cook a piece of chicken breast filet......first time having that type of experience at a restaurant especially with a SALAD
